This spacious apartment, with fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms, has been tastefully furnished with your home comforts and requirements in mind. The beautiful garden features a swimming pool, an outdoor Jacuzzi, several sun-beds, umbrellas and barbecue facilities.

The apartment includes air-conditioning, satellite TV, and free wireless Internet access (MacBook Computer available on request).

Our guests are provided with towels & bed linen upon arrival which are changed weekly for longer stays.

Our guests come from all around the world. Some of them keep coming to our house for more than a decade.

Hermanni House is situated in a quiet and safe residential area of the city of Pula, just 5 minutes walk from the beach and 15 from the city center.

In the immediate surroundings of the house, you will find plenty of local restaurants to choose from, grocery shops, a post office, a bank and a medical center….An ideal location for a relaxing holiday!

Out property includes three self-catering apartments equipped to a very high standard and surrounded by greenery.

Each spacious apartment has its own private entrance and a large terrace.

The beautiful garden rich in Istrian plantings such as lavanda, oregano, rosemary, sage, mint, etc. invites guests to relax while enjoying the warm Istrian sun. This one features a swimming pool, an outdoor Jacuzzi, several sun-beds, umbrellas and barbecue facilities.

The price includes the following extras: bed linen, washing the bed linen (weekly), kitchen accessories, toilette paper (just on arrival ) final cleaning and normal use of electricity, gas and water.

Special services must be requested at the time of booking and payed extra (using of washing machine, rent a bike, longe, domestic animals etc.).

One child under 2 years of age goes free (per apartment).
