The Mediterranean sea from the window of your villa in South Sardinia. Mediterranean weather, colours, perfumes, tastes and privacy are the elements that make special Villa La Poseidonia. The villa is located on the ridge of a hill overlooking the gulf that hugs the little Perd e Sali port and the fantastic and ancient Nora that at its centers has the charming island of St. Macario.

In the south of Sardinia in Porto Columbu graceful, exquisite and fully equipped villa on two levels with patio and barbecue that overlooks a lovely garden with green grass, palm trees and Mediterranean plants. Perfect spaces that divinde with balance the living room from the nigth area. The living area welcomes you to a large and bright living room with fireplace, study, ideal for reading or reflection, a bathroom and a functional kitchen with access to the large patio, equipped to spend evenings to remember every day. Than the night and its rest, two double bedrooms, one of them with large balcony with sea view and a bathroom. Around the hug of a garden which provides the energy and intensity of the Mediterranean and its most genuine privacy, in the splendor of the summer and warm intimacy in winter, typical of Sardinia.

In the price are included consumptions, towels and bed linen. Included the change over that usually taks place on Saturday. The only extra cost to be paid in loco on the arrival date are Euro 200,00 for the final cleanings, Euro and Euro 600,00 for the deposit guarantee that will be returned on the departure date.

In the South West of Sardinia, long the S.S 195 at the 37,800 km there is the ‘Comunione Pineta Is Morus’, near to the Fort Village, to the Is Morus Hotel, to the Is Molas Golf Club and only 15 minutes by car from the beautiful Chia beaches. Pineta Is Morus is a private complex characterized by Mediterranean pine woods and other Mediterranean plants and oleanders. The access to the complex is reserved to the only owners of the villas or to the residents. In the complex there is a very well equipped sport center with a club house and a playground. During the summer season in the sport center are possible to reserve the tennis court, the soccer court, the basket court and the volley court. If you take the scenic road of the south coast you will see the Chia beach with its thin snow-white sand and emerald water, which is particularly appreciated by surfers. The end of the Coast of Capo Teulada embraces 30 km of bays, caves, creeks with thin and white sand and small granite and juniper islands. We suggest you to visit the beaches of Capo Malfatano, Cala Cipolla, Tuerredda and the beautiful beach of Cala Zafferano. The Is Molas golf course is one of the most famous in Italy, and has been the benchmark for this sport in Sardinia for over thirty years. Thanks to the proximity of the sea and the protection of the surrounding hills the locality of Is Molas enjoys a unique microclimate, mild and particularly favourable for golf all year round.

The golf course at Is Molas was the first in Sardinia and with its twenty-seven holes is the largest on the island. The Club House is elegant and well-equipped: there is a bar with a panoramic terrace, a pro shop and the Ristorante Is Molas, open at lunchtime and for special occasions, which offers a creative Mediterranean cuisine based on local Sardinian products.
