Very comfortable family home, ideal for large groups, with installed capacity of between 12 and 14 people. The house is located two blocks from the beach and half a block from the Church of Punta Blanca. Comprising spacious, hardwood floors and large windows that provide great lighting, is a cozy place to rest.

It has five rooms, all with large ceiling fans and the master bedroom also has air conditioning. It has three bathrooms, all with hot water, a large living room and a games table next to a TV with DVD. The kitchen is also spacious, equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, stove and refrigerator and crockery for 20 people.

O...utside are the pool area and the balcony, where a tent creates a perfect place to relax. Near the pool area is the grill and hammocks. The house also has parking spaces for up to four cars (two of which are roofed) and a 24 hour guard and housekeeper.

Muy cómoda casa familiar, ideal para grupos grandes, con capacidad instalada de entre 12 y 14 personas. La casa se encuentra ubicada a dos cuadras de la playa, y a media cuadra de la Iglesia de Punta Blanca. Conformada por espacios amplios, pisos de madera y grandes ventanales que proveen una gran iluminación, resulta un lugar acogedor para descansar.

Cuenta con cinco habitaciones, todas con grandes ventiladores de techo, y la habitación principal tiene también un aire acondicionado. Tiene tres baños y medio, todos con agua caliente, una amplia sala, comedor y una mesa de juegos junto a una televisión con DVD. La cocina es también espaciosa, equipada con un horno microondas, toaster oven, cocina y refrigerador, así como vajilla para 20 personas.

Is Punta Blanca near Salinas?
Punta Blanca is located roughly at a fifteen-minute drive from Salinas, one of the most popular cities along the Spondylus Route, where you can find many bars, restaurants, discotheques and shopping centres.

Are there any other popular attractions near Punta Blanca?
Yes. Although Punta Blanca, with its tranquil and family-friendly beach is a gem on its own, it is also located on a privileged spot on Ecuador’s coastline, as it is within a short driving distance from several of the most renowned touristic places in the country. Among them are the world-famous surfer and bohemian town of Montañita (approximately 40m away); the peaceful beach of Olón (50m); the beach of Salango (2h), which is a great spot to take boat rides and do snorkelling; Ayampe (1h 30m), where you can practice surf or paraglide, and many other sites. Once you arrive to Ecuador, we would be happy to help you with recommendations of things to do (and great places to eat) according to your specific interests.

How do I get to Punta Blanca?
The best way to get to Punta Blanca is by car (or by renting a small van, depending on your needs). The roads are in truly excellent conditions, making it very safe and fast to arrive. Departing from Guayaquil, it is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes away. If you need help finding transportation to get there, we could help you find some suitable options.

Are there any grocery stores nearby?
Yes, there are several small and large grocery stores within few minutes from the house, and in the proximate Salinas you can find larger supply stores, pharmacies and supermarkets. However, there are many other small towns nearby where you can find first-necessity items. Also, within a five-minute drive from the house you can find the fishing village of San Pablo, where you can purchase as well fresh seafood of excellent quality.
