This was our first stay a a condo as we usually stayed at all inclusives and were quite hesitant to do so. Our taxi driver alex (arranged with Todd) was waiting for us at the airport and we were quickly driven to our condo where Todd was waiting for us. The tour of the condo was exactly as the potos n their website. This cndo was furnished with new furniture just a few months before our arrival and very comfortale. We met other guests renting in the same complex and quickly became friends.
The beach was a short (7-8 min) walk and felt quite secure walking to it and having access through local restaurant. Plenty of loungers and quite comfortale with a beatiful beach.
We did a big groceey shopping at the brand new Super Mercado and prices were really reasonable and the store had more than what we needed. We ate breakfast everyday at the condo and much of our suppers were had at localrestaurants whose prices were also very reasnble and the food was great. We stayed 3 weeks at his condo and the total overall cost was cheaper than a two week at an all inclusive.
We did have minor problems with the a/C in one of the bedrooms and thpu they came 3 times to fix it, we just shut it off. If we needed the a/C the unit in the kitchen/living room was strong enough to cool off the room.
We totally enjoyed our stay and have already booked another condo from Todd for the 2012 winter, but this time right n the beach as our grandkids will be visiting us. -

My sister and I were so excited for this vacation, and I have to say that the experience of renting this condo was a huge let down. Yes, it looks just like the pictures and is close to the beach, but we would not stay here again. The property manager actually yelled at my sister when she arrived. Our flights were both late and he was frustrated that it would mess up his schedule. Frustration is normal, yelling is not appropriate. My sister is seriously the sweetest person ever, did nothing to provoke anger, and to make her cry is beyond unprofessional. I'm sure he was just having a bad day, but even if we had control over our flight delays, and acted like jerks upon our arrival, his behavior would be inexcusable. This was not the friendly DR attitude that we had expected.
The unit is spacious and clean and the furnishings are comfortable. One bedroom smelled very musty, more than 'normal' for Caribbean locations. Most likely it had been closed up for a long time. -
Perfect quiet, great rooftop, nice breezes and views

We said Christmas week. It was the perfect base for our trip. The pool and grounds were clean and secure. We did some touring around and rented a car from Rapheal at Budjet. Todd Williams was wonderfu manager. We enjoyed our stay so much we're thinking of trying to buy our own condo there. We highly recommend. Speak with Maria if interested in buying. Thanks Solers
