This unit is spacious and well equipped and well decorated! All the modern conveniences! We only used the air conditioner at night, in the bedroom when it was hot enough to warrant it! We were lucky to meet the owners Matt and Kathy and their children! Very attentive owners and that is why they chose Reliable Realty to manage the property! Todd and Maria Williams look after their clients and their new office Managef Claudinne is a wealth of knowledge good will and friendship! The ocean is so close you can hear it and you have a partial view from the balcony! Twi minutes takes you out onto the white sand then go right or left till you find where you want to laze for the day! Yoh are minutes by foot from El Dorado Plaza which also has a full Gym!! Afrench cafe two resturaunts a vet clinic a pharmacy and a sports bar as we as a small grocery store!! Around the corner is the Nam Nam resturaunt featuring amazing salads and sandwiches and creeps! Everything is homemade and please try the pepper infused oil for dipping food with! At the intersection of the main road and the beach road is Pisada de Gladys the best Doninican food around, pork, beef and chicken! Then across the street to ser Ryder to get fresh fruit and veggies Wednesday is the best day! Love the unit live the location and we loved our two months on the beach!

Look no further - you've found paradise. We rented this condo from Todd last august and had a fantastic time. Not only was the place unbelievable, the people we rented from were unbelievable. They will make sure that no detail will be overlooked. Need a ride somewhere - they'll help. Need to know where to eat - they'll help.
It was an outstanding experience and one you will be sure to remember forever. -

We went online to find a rental property for a special birthday vacation with our two adult children but little did we know we would meet two of the greatest people you would ever want to work with in the process. It's sometimes scary to take a leap of faith into the unknown but we could not have asked for anything better. This condo was fabulous,exactly as pictured, with the location truly steps to the turquoise water and white sandy beach. The service we received from Todd and Maria was out of this world. They quickly answered our numerous e-mail questions prior to arrival. When we arrived we had more questions, where to shop, eat, etc. Again their assistance was invaluable. From the moment we met them, they made us feel extremely comfortable and words cannot describe the experience we had in Punta Cana. In these days of dwindling customer service, we can assure you they will do everything possible to make your vacation stay memorable. We are so fortunate to have chosen this property and to have had Todd and Maria to work with. If you want memories to last a lifetime, this is the place for you. We are looking forward to returning to see our new friends! We can't thank you enough for all you did in exceeding our expectations!!

We recently returned from a months stay at the Beach Residence in the El Cortecito area in the DR. From our pick up at the airport with Todd & Maria we were treated with friendliness & helfulness.They picked up some groceries we asked for on the first nite as well. The condo was everything we had read about. It is spacious, well equipped, clean & comfortable, manicured grounds & is literally steps to the white sandy beach. Pool is also very well maintained & nicely lit at nite. We could not have asked for anything better. There was even a 23 page booklet on how to get around the area that Todd & Maria provided...this was very well done and very useful as it also showed pictures of buildings so you could figure out where you were. The condo is within walking distance to all the amenities needed...supermacados (clean), farmcias, bakery (excellent bread & jamon & queso pastels), fruit stand, restaurants, pubs, vets, money exchanges etc. We never felt unsafe at all while we were there...you can walk the beaches at nite and the streets, the condo also has 24 hr security and Damon is more than willing to help or get you anything.You can catch a motor taxi or bus at the end of the road. The bus system may seem a little odd, but it definitely works well & only costs 35 peso. The locals are more than friendly, always with a hola or if we looked puzzled tried to help us even if it was with sign language. Todd and Maria provided us with excellent information and service,and went above and beyond when we lost our camera to the ocean. They came to our rescue and took us to find another one, the help was more than we expected and we were very thankful.We would highly recommend this property and going thru Todd & Maria, as they are knowledgeable & professional & do make sure you are comfortable and your stay is all that you hope for. It was a sad day when they dropped us off at the airport to come home. Our month long stay was perfect in every way and we will definitely be back.
