Beautiful Penthouse condo apt. with a private 50sqm terrace that offers a gorgeous view. Check out our posted terrace pictures! From the terrace you can enjoy the sunset view, the moon and stars at night! Located on the 3rd floor in "Arenas de Bavaro" at 7 walking minutes to Bavaro Beach and 20min. walking to Los Corales Beach. The terrace also has beautiful outdoor furniture and lighting & BBQ for your personal use.

At 15 min. driving from the Airport. EVERYTHING is at a walking distance. The complex "Arenas de Bavaro" has 2 swimming pools, 2 BBQ areas, nicely manicured common garden areas. Security 24/7 and assigned parking if you decide to rent a car, but it is not a must.

LIVING / DINING AREA. High cathedral ceiling in the living room and dining room, this feature makes a big difference! It also has 2 beautiful skylights.

Has plenty natural light with big windows in 3 different directions. You can see Palm trees from all windows (all windows have screens). Due to the big windows located in 3 different directions, the nice breeze constantly airs the whole apartment. Sleeps a maximum of 6 people.

LIVING ROOM. Comfortably sits 5 to 6 people, has a cable LCD TV equipped with DVD to watch movies, ipod dock. Free WI FI and cable TV.

SPACIOUS KITCHEN equipped with all cooking utensils, dinnerware, including blender, electric juicer, microwave, bread toaster, coffee maker etc.

TWO BEDROOMS 2 FULL WASHROOMS. Master b. has a "QUEEN" size bed and en-suite full bath. Glass wall shower in bathrooms. The guest room has 2 "FULL" size beds (wider than a single bed) and a 2nd full washroom. The master b. has a handy security deposit. Bedrooms have individual controlled A/C and ceiling fans. All linens provided. Both bedrooms and Living R. and Dining R. have A/C and ceiling fans.

LAUNDRY AND HOT WATER. Individually controlled water heater if you prefer to shower with hot water. Regular water is fresh temperature good to shower. En-suite washer and dryer, also ironing board and iron.

SPECIAL REQUESTS. Many additional services upon request. Tours can be arranged before or at your arrival by the person that will greet you at your arrival.

PLEASE, NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the apartment

- minimum 5 nights stay, or 7 nights in high season.

- Fees varies with the season, please request information by e-mail.

- Additionally to rental fee you pay for electricity consumption and one time cleaning fee.

SENIORS. special discount to senior couples that stay for 2 consecutive weeks, if there is a maximum of 2 people staying at the apartment at any given time.

This is a family owned property. As owners we stay at this apt. at least 6 weeks to be sure to give it a good maintenance and be sure that our guests can feel at home. Professionally managed by our assistant, a reputable person living in Punta Cana, to meet your expectations.

We, the owners, always appreciate your comments; at the reservation process, during and after your stay. We want your stay to be pleasant, and to refer us your friends and relatives.   I enjoyed it. If you are looking for a resort its not. But it is a great condo. If you like to party and have friends over its the place you need because at the resort you can't.the staff are very friendly. But don't expect much because its not Resort, but they try hard to keep you satisfied. Great location on a nice beach.the restaurant is ok and affordable. The Photoshop guy is the best, try him out. The ladies on the beach braids my hair very cheap and good. The shops near the beach are cheap but you need to negociate hard. They have some nice girls on the beach if you're single.and a Casino across the street if you like to gamble. When i was there the Photoshop guy was filming a music video. That was pretty cool to see a celebrity staying at the same place i was staying. Montero and Roberto at the front desk were very professional and did all they could to make my vacation great. That's why I'm coming again in april. Thanks guys for being great...

  Pros - Arenas de Bavaro is in a great location...there are several restaurants, bars, and shopping in walking distance. The beach is about a 5 - 7 minute walk. The apartment is nicely decorated and very comfortable and the rooftop terrace is an added bonus. We only had to use the bedroom air conditioner to sleep due to the partying at the nearby hotels. The fans and open windows made for some great breezes. The booking process was easy and flawless.
  Cons - There was only 1 skillet and 1 small saucepan that were useable. We had to buy a pot to make pasta. There is a gas barbecue on the terrace but no utensils. The first time we barbecued we didn't realize until it was too late that there were no lights and we had to barbecue by flashlight. The next time we had to do it before sundown. I understand the owner is aware of this so hopefully that will be remedied.

  We had a great time in this condo. The location was great because we had access to several beaches in a very short walking distance. Beautiful white sand beaches with turquoise water. We specially liked the Turquoise Beach, just 5 minutes from the condo. We also were very close to grocery stores, cafes, restaurants and shopping malls.
  
  The condo had everything; was cozy, very nicely decorated, very clean, had air three a/C in different areas of the apt, which was very nice because in that time the weather was really hot. It has a roof terrace which was very useful for working out or just relaxing at night to look at the stars. The wifi was giving some trouble one day but as soon as we notified it the management took action and fixed the problem. Everything was in very good shape, beds, sofa, kitchen...the only thing I would suggest is about the kitchen utensils, they were a little bit worn out.
  
  Something that I really liked and that was absolutly flawless is the treatment we received since the reservation process to when we got there and did the check in and out. Ellen was very sweet, professional and efficient, she picked us out at the bus stop, showed us around, let us know about the different beaches and areas that we might've been interested in, orientaded us about transportation and she even took us to get our groceries! :) her attentions were great.
  
  It was a very nice experience, our first experience there in Bávaro Punta Cana and we certanly loved it and recommend it.

  We stayed here for 2 weeks. Excellent place to stay as it is new, clean, fresh and bright. You feel like you are at home in North america due to the high standard of cleanliness and comfort here. Everything you need to be self-sufficient is included here. This condo residence is peaceful and quiet compared with the neighbouring buildings and only a 5min walk to the beach. Really enjoyed the evenings up on the roof top terrace as well! We felt completely safe and comfortable here and fully enjoyed our stay! Definitely recommend to our fellow travellers!

  Every thing was as describe by previous reviewer I love it. It was easy too book in my case at the last minute. The owner was excelent host.   Amazing Beach Walking Distance Just 7 Minutes Away!

  This condo really has it all. The reservation process was flawless! It was nice to
  have someone meet us at the airport and provide a tour of the area prior to
  check-in. The condo was just the right size and very tasteful tropical
  decorations. They have paid close attention to details and is fully equipped for
  what we needed during our stay. The condo development has 2 pool areas,
  the grounds are maintained very nicely and they have Wi-Fi. The best things
  for us was the distance to the beach, shopping and entertainment just within a
  5-10 minute walk and the private roof top terrace. The beach is only a 5-7
  minute walk with many palm trees and friendly locals along the way as well as
  grocery store, pharmacy, nice restaurants, beach bars and the roof top was a
  nice added bonus. Sunset views from the rooftop are to die for and also a
  great area for evening dinner under the stars. Overall, this place was a great
  little hideaway for us and we would definitely consider coming back in the
  future!

  Fabulous little Gem!

  My husband and I stayed at this property for a much needed getaway, and it was perfect. The property is brand new, the furnishings are brand new, everything was new, clean and fresh. We love being outside so having the balcony and the rooftop terrace was a bonus (lovely views of sunrise and sundown). We spent most of our days outdoors (the powder white beach is only a few minutes away by foot) but it was great to have a "home" to come back to at the end of the day, and cook up a homemade meal, or breakfast in the morning. I would definitely recommend getting a car rental to get around and explore. Now that we've checked it out we will be returning with my parents next time... it's much more affordable than staying at a resort for 4 people!
