I went with my husband in march, it was the first time we rent a condo abroad. It was a great experience because we could relax a lot. We don´t like schedules for eating or crowded restaurants . The house is beautiful, everything is clean and in very good condition. The neighbourhood is very nice and safe. Easy access to the beach, near supermarket and shoppings. Also we recomend to rent a car.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the 'Simply Lovely' accommodation. You are so great to offer the welcome Rum and coffee, both were very good. Yves was instrumental in the positive experience we had and we couldn't have wished for more.
The one thing that was a bit of a bother was the Holy Week Celebrations and our being unaware of it did cause some problems getting to the beach but all in all it turned out darn good! We will return.

Leading up to the time we arrived at the condo Jeannie & Luis held our hands during the process. They answered any and all questions we had. Upon arrival Yves was waiting to pick us up and was extremely welcoming, helpful and patient with our various questions. He assisted with some questions at the grocery store and directed us to the better buys. He always made sure that whether or not he was around and if we needed him he was able to help us out. The distance to the beach is quite far and isn't too bad going there but most people will want to arrange for a drive back. It was nice and relaxing to enjoy quiet evenings in an extremely safe environment.

Since everybody else has already stated how great it is, i'll only say look at the calendar and ask yourself if it wasn't that great would it be almost fully booked for the next five months? Also once you are there Yves will make sure you enjoy the country itself, he will help you plan everything or take you if you rather not rent a car. Over all I cant say enough good things about our stay.

This place was great!! It was like having the best of both worlds. It had the comfort of being home-like and the luxury of having resort-like features. Best of all was the price. This definitely felt like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend it and without a doubt choose it again for my next Punta Cana vacation stay.

A204 was everything we could have hoped for. What a wonderful experience we had in Dominican Republic. Luis was great to work with. The condo was just as nice as the photos portrayed. We had such a great stay that we are contemplating going back in 2013. Can't say enough good things about the location, Luis or the condo. Would go back in a heartbeat!

This was my third trip to Punta Cana and I have stayed across varying types of accommodations. But this time I came with my family and with the intention of traveling around the area so we wanted something special. This place didn't disappoint us. The condo was spotless with everything we needed.
The owners provided us with all the information needed for our trip before we arrived to Punta Cana. The host, Yves and his family, went out of their way to help us - all we had to do was ask. Yves is European and speaks many languages, him and his family lives in the same complex where the condo is, they are totally friendly and took every care to make sure we had what we need...we really feel like we were in our own home.
This was our first time in a vacation rental, now the all-inclusive hotels and resorts, for us, are just boring and crowded places that cost serious money in comparison with this condo. Simply-Lovely condo was perfect: next to the spectacular Bavaro Beach which is part of the same complex - we even had exclusive access to this beach and private beach chairs. It is also close to restaurants, malls, nice friendly people and near many places to see. -

We just came back from our awesome vacations to Punta Cana 7/9 12 to 7/18/12
arrived a day later than planned because the plane left us , and as soon as we opened the condo, we loved. It is a clean, quiet, safe and romantic place . It has everything you need , We felt like home . Mr. Yves is a very friendly person always willing to meet the needs of each of us , Yves who also went to pick up us to the airport, took us grocery shopping . Transportation could be a problem in some cases if you don't rent a car, but Mr. Yves is always ready to help make all unforgettable. Punta Cana!! Mrs Jeannie , Luis Fayad and Yves thank you much!!!

We were met at the airport by
Yves who also took us grocery shopping. When we arrived at apt. tired aftr a long day he carried Groceries and Luggage up stairs to the apt. for us. The apt. was lovely, very comfortable, and so clean. Beds were great. The apt. was further from the Beach then we expected, but Yves solved all our problems by picking us up when every we wished to go anywhere and he was always right on time, no waiting. The Pool area was very nice, quite often we had it all to ourselves. Enjoyed the covered area there too with Washrooms, sofas ,chairs and tables. Punta Cana Beach is supurb and hope to go back there again. A great vacation -

We are very thankful for the opportunity in staying at Villa a-204 Simply Lovely and allowing us to bring along - my puppy's Chloe & Ottis. Our complete stay was perfect.The villa was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay more pleasant.We loved the privacy and the quite relaxing mornings were priceless. Thankfully during our stay the weather was great so we enjoyed the pool and beautiful beach everyday. The rep Yves was very kind and helpful and was available when ever we needed anything.Overall we had an unforgettable family vacation, and hope to enjoy more of villa a-204 Simply Lovely in our further family vacations...

This place is well-maintained, cute, cozy and clean. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms; very comfortable and perfect for a family of 4.
I was very skeptical of making reservations by internet but the condo completely met our expectations, the pictures don't do justice, the apartment looks better than the pictures. Fully equipped with everything we needed just like a hotel, safety box, toiletries, hair dryer, big screen TV and cable, coffee and even rum... Beautiful place and great service for the price!
The owners took care of every detail from the very beginning, answering so many questions and providing us with detailed information, they really seem to care and it shows. The property manager and host was wonderful, he pick us up from the airport and took us for food shopping, He was always ready to help us and to take care of us.
If you want a relax and worry- free vacation, this is the place and the right people to deal with. Close to one of the most beautiful beaches we've ever seen, near nice restaurants and mall and treated by very professional people all for a very good price...We couldn't ask for anything more. -

This was our second trip to Punta Cana this year--the first at an all-inclusive resort. The privacy and seclusion of the condo is a much more relaxing environment than the all-inclusive. The amount of pounds put-on during the stay were much less also! The condo was exactly as pictured, meticulously clean and maintained to our high standards. We would recommend this condo to anyone desiring privacy and quiet for their stay in Punta Cana.

We were there during Huricane Irene, so the weather could have been better, but everything else about the trip was great! Communication with Luis was instant and very flexible. Eves, who will pick you up and taxi you around made it like we were with life long friends. He took care of our every need. The condo is top notch, we cooked breakfast everyday and Eves found us a great place to eat everynight. The complex is not complete and it appears the contractor filed for bankruptcy and walked away, so there are alot of vacant condos. We felt safe. Eves took us to the beach when we went, We walked one day, but it's a half hour, but well worth it!There is a pool area about a 100 yards away, you had to go there for internet. It would have been nice to have internet during the storm in the condo. We use it to communicate with our kids back home. I can't say enough good things about our expierence. We want to take our girls next year. Make sure you eat at outside in. It is a guy from Holland who married a local girl. Great food! Thanks again!

This place was perfect for our honeymoon. The condo was clean, had all the amenities that we needed, and just a great space. A full kitchen was great to have on the nights we wanted to eat in, we each got our own bathroom :), big screen tv, ipod dock, balcony, just a lot of great amenities to offer. The condo pool was great and we had it to ourselves most of the time, the all inclusive day pass is a must! :) The hosts are great and sent us a lot of great information for our trip, to make it even better. We also loved the complimentary Dominican coffee too!

I would like to thank Mr. & Mrs. Fayad for sharing their beautiful condo. From the moment we arrived to the day we left we felt as if this condo was our own. It was very tastefully decorated and comfortable. I litterally cried the day that I left. Although we were advised to rent a car we really did not need it. The walk to the beach was very pleasant although would not recommend for someone that is physically challenged. We met Yves that lives in the complex and he drove us to pick up groceries, to restaurants and on days when we did not want to walk home from the beach, he would pick us up. We met other vacation renters and some nights we would have a pool party. These people were our family and have made plans to meet again next year. We tried all the local restaurants, Domingos just behind the flea market on the beach, JJ on the beach, the JellyFish, Angelos and BaliCana, Captain Cook and a new restaurant Outside in near the New York Bakery where the desserts are to die for. We walked there everyday for a sugar fix and then we walked back to waste the calories.
We really enjoyed our vacation and would not hesitate to go back again. -

We spent New Year's Eve 2010 in Punta Cana and stayed at the SimplyLovely-A204, From the time we arrived we believe that this was the start of a successful guaranteed trip and that we had made the right choice. Jeannie and Luis gave us all the information of the condominium, its surrounding and the Dominican Republic in general.
The condominium has at its disposal all the details (from the minimum and basic ...) required for a spectacular holiday; it is spacious, cozy, comfortable and fully equipped. Its high ceilings give freshness and the modern and impeccable decor invites you to rest and relax.
SimplyLovely-A204 is strategically located in the area of the best hotels with accessible roads and the possibility of using the IFa Beach Resort, where there are various hotel services. To move around is very easy allowing us to take advantage of visiting many places in the area.
This has been our best vacation ... The only ugly thing ... The time passed very fast and no more vacations... snifff
We hope to return soon with the certainty of spending another wonderful and unforgettable stay.

During my vacation in Punta Cana, I had stayed with my partner and two friends in Simply Lovely-204 and I really have to emphasize that we did not have a single problem. The apartment is absolutely comfortable, fully equipped and beautifully decorated. The condo has everything one expects to have for a great vacation; it is safe, quiet, has a nice pool, a well stocked bar where we were kindly treated. It has access to an exotic beach of white sands and crystal waters through the IFa Resort.
We had a full-service attention by the owners. They generated maps, recommended places to visit, and made sure that everything was up to par during our stay in Punta Cana. We had plenty of options for things to do at night including enjoying good restaurants, nightclubs and very nice places for drinks.
The people who are interested in renting this beautiful apartment will for sure have a great vacation and time to relax. Bavaro-Punta Cana for us will be unforgettable!!!

Simply Lovely a -204 is everything one expects to have on vacation. It was our first time in Bavaro - Punta Cana and I really hope to be there many times more. The condominium is nice and modern with a large swimming pool, bar and gym. It is very beautiful, comfortable, and fully equipped, but what is more important is that as one enters the apartment there is a nice energy, one sees that every detail has been prepared with care, the decor is beautiful, it is very clean and fresh.
Before traveling, the owners offered us all the information needed to have a great time. The car rental is quite economical and allowed us to visit the surroundings in comfort. During our stay we have access to IFa Resort's beach with all its amenities, a marvelous beach, a bright sun and a peaceful and crystalline sea and access to the hotel's beach chairs at no cost.
Staying in Simply Lovely in a-204 allows you variety of things to do: spend the day in the condominium's pool, drink a beer in the bar and prepare a delicious lunch in the apartment or you can spend your day by the beach. There is also the option of the IFa Resort all-inclusive or you may want to have lunch in any of the small and typical restaurants on the beach at good prices.
In the afternoons you can go out and have some beers, walk around, go shopping or simply enjoy a delicious ice cream... at night you can go out for dinner to nice restaurants, go dancing or just enjoy some drinks.
Simply Lovely a-204 knows to perfection what a traveler expects in a dream vacation. We will for sure return.

Part of our pleasure in traveling is learning about people, their history and culture, and best of all exploring and tasting their typical cuisine. We never understood when people say they've visited a place/country when all the while they've only stayed within the confines of a resort.
We stayed at SimplyLovely a-204 for this very reason. It was a great experience. The condominium is well decorated and it feels that it was designed with a lot of love and care. It is fully equipped with great appliances and the nice large TV is a plus. It has a pool, bar, gym and Club House. There are still ongoing constructions within the complex but as the owners explained, Punta Cana is young and the fastest growing tourist industry so developments are everywhere. The complex also feels safe-nice neighbors and well-guarded with private security.
As recommended by the owners, we rented a car and we got to see plenty, from driving to see the rich landscapes, to visiting the Punta Cana Ecological Reserve Trails (we recommend this), golfing, bar hopping, restaurant tasting, shopping around and beach hopping to enjoy the many water activities.
We also enjoyed the private beach afforded only by being a guest of a-204. In comparison to the other public beaches, this one was quite a gem. No hassles from any salesperson or crowds! Although we are not a big fan of resorts we did enjoy 1 day of an all-inclusive at the IFa, the resort that shares Jeannie and Luis' property. Our trip to Punta Cana was a memorable one.

I enjoyed my stay completely, great family oriented area, and a big plus to find non-stop flights from NYC and argentina.
The amenities offered were exactly what the owners promised, the attention to detail in the condo was outstanding. All the comforts (Dominican grown coffee on the premises! the best appliances and furnishings I have ever found in a rental unit... J&L; know how to pamper a weary traveler!!) Plus the great surroundings and the private access to the beautiful beach made it an unforgettable experience.
Being a consumed driver, I rented a vehicle (prices are very affordable) helped us move freely around Punta Cana and enjoyed more than just the pristine beaches and fabulous water... btw, great water sports and fishing everywhere!!! A must for a fisherman nut to enjoy!!
Our stay was great during the month of June... and weather was serene and tranquil... the condo is private enough that you do not feel that you are sharing any of the comforts with anyone else. Being situated in a gated community was extremely enjoyable and safe.
Restaurants in the area are great, and the IFa all inclusive daily fees are fantastic.
Overall a aAa+ experience, I will return by next February when we feel like a break from the snow.

Many thanks!! Your apartment is very pretty, clean and organized. Everything is in place and complete with all of the things one can think of. The pool was always clean, there was always someone attending to it unfortunately we did not have much time to enjoy it. They fumigated daily, we were surprised not to find any insects or mosquitoes inside the apartment. Inside breathes an air of tranquility and good energy and outside friendly neighbors and personnel, always with a smile ready to brighten up your day. A nice feeling to have in a place that is not your home but feels like it is. I, my colleagues and friends truly enjoyed our stay at a-204.

We really enjoyed our stay at Luis new condo - its just down the road from a large and magnificent white sand opal blue water beach which we took long walks on every morning and afternoon. We also enjoyed the exercise room and pool at the condo daily. The food options nearby were also plentiful - the sushi place in particular we strongly recommend. Also we went to the resort nearby for a day pass experience and it was nice.

Condo we stayed in was amazing, every detail was lovingly thought of, every need met. Design is very fres, European, very homey feel. Place is incredibly clean, everything is available- dishes, bed linens, big flat screen TV, DVD player, I-Pod dock- no comfort is overlooked. Even washer-dryer wit soap available. Much more privacy, comfort and persoanl feel than in any resort. Great swimming pool and exercise equipment for the most demanding sports buff.
Very secute- to get to actual condo you drive tru several security gates. In couple days guards knew us and were very friendly.
As a guests of this condo we could use nearby(7 minute drive) IFa all-inclusive resort for a discount price. So we had the best of both worlds- when kids wanted their"Hotel vacation" we were in IFa - used all their amenities- 3 pools, bars, snack bars, lunch, dinner, breakfast, entertainment at night- and when we got enough of crowds and noise, we went "home". We also booked several trips with Ifa's guest services to see more than just beach, which itself is wonderful, clean, and again as a guests of condo we could park in safe parking lot right by the beach.
Owners of condo were very, very helpful- the map they made of area and recomendations for restaurants to visit, places to see, vere priceless. Again they thought of everything- we were given contact numbers for possible emergency situations (which never occured) or help (we handled everything just fine with their directions and maps).
Speaking Spanish is helpful, but I myself could communicate just fine- everyone speaks good English.
All in all- great stay at a a-204! -

Let's not even talk about the surrounding resorts with the easy, affordable access, beautiful beaches, and tasty poolside cocktails, you don't even have to leave the premises! The accommodations are well-maintained, comfortable and beautifully decorated with plenty of air condition and immaculate bathrooms. The complex's pool is gorgeous and complete with it's own poolside bar, gym and lounge area... you don't ever need to leave! Add on the roadside fruit stands, restaurants, lovely local people, and you get all of the best the DR has to offer! I highly recommend this place and hope to return one day!!!
