This is a new bedroom penthouse end unit that is currently furnished and rented as two bedroom.Both master bedrooms have king beds and ocean views, in addition the family and dining rooms also have views. Did not need to use airconditioning as ocean breezes were abundant. We were the first people to rent 4 in total
