The luxury apartment (of 231 m2 interior) is situated on the ground floor in block 6, 1st line beach at the prestigious Sotogrande at Cap Cana and unfolds facing the beautiful crystal blue waters of the Caribbean Sea, bordering the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course Las Iguanas and just a short distance from the marina. The apartment has 3 en-suite bedrooms all with sea views, a separate guest toilet, fully equipped kitchen, separate A/C in each room and sleeps up to 8 people, but can be used also as a 1 bedroom, two bedroom or 3 bedroom apartment, because of the connecting door between the Lock-out Apartment and the two bedroom Apartment. Large terrace of 121 m2 with jacuzzi and shower. Direct access to the gardens, swimming pool and private beach. Master bedroom with king-size bed, TV, ceiling fan, dressing room, safe, separate toilet, bathtub and shower, bathrobes, hairdryer.

Cap Cana, situated at only 10 minutes away from the Punta Cana International Airport offers many alternatives. For beach lovers the Juanillo Beach and restaurant of 5 km of white sand and palm trees or the private Beach Club Caleton, both very close to Sotogrande and can easily reached with a golf cart (can be rented at the Marina). The Marina is partly operational; it has three restaurants and a few boutiques on site. Golf lovers will enjoy Punta Espada Golf Course, designed by Jack Nicklaus, ranked one of the Top Golf Courses by Golfweek. Thirteen holes in or around water, beautiful fairways and challenging greens!! Home of the Champions Tour Stop - The Cap Cana Championship. At Punta Cana Village there is a big supermarket and nice little restaurants.
