Dahiana the property Manager " rocks ". She picked me up at the airport and we stopped en-route for a cold beer... She stopped at Super Polo so I could get some groceries, Baileys for my morning coffee, and a bottle of Rum to put me in relax mode...She was very prompt when I called and came to fix the washing machine...She also brought me a new toaster the same day I called when mine quit... My month in Bavaro was Spectactular... A truly beautiful part of the world... She invited me into her home for an authentic Dominican meal with her and her husband...This lady ( Dahiana ) is a excellent Property Manager and has a heart of gold... A short walk to the nicest beaches that Ive ever seen... Im coming back next year... Wooo-hooo...thanks Dahiana for making my holiday in Punta Cana one I will never forget... Dhai was friendly and warm involved with our stay at the apartment. She made our stay much comfortable. She has excellent people skills. The location and ammenities at the beach area were excellent.

I was impressed with the process of obtaining the apartment, not only did the owner called and spoke with me but the manager was very prompt in her communication. The apartment was clean and neat with the necessary equipment.
The surrounding area was dark, but security was always present it seemed.
The linen in the closet had an odor of lack of use, so we could not use although we needed extra.
There were no wash cloths(although we took our own) and the towels really need to be replaced. I told this to the manger who said they will be replaced. -

As usual Dahiana from Punta Cana rentals made my stay enjoyable, easy and fun! The location is perfect with everything you need to feel like its your home away from home. It could not have been better. The beach, the restaurants and environment is indescribable. Thanks for everything hoping to come back soon!

We stayed in the one bedroom condo from January 31 to February 12, 2012. We were met by Dhai who has such a great personality and so friendly. She greeted us with a big hug and showed us to the condo. The next morning she took us and showed us the way to the beach and the stores that are close by. The location of the condo was very convenient because we could walk to the grocery store and bakery and we also made several trips to the Super Polla. A few things were rectified by Dhai. She purchased a couple of pots since the ones there were in terrible shape. We had a problem with the sink in the kitchen that got plugged and called the plumber to fix it. The linens could use some rejunivating, basically some new ones. These minor problems did not in any way have adverse affect on our vacation, just a bit of discomfort. The one thing that did not get fixed during our stay was the air-conditioning. We would turn it on when we came back in the evening and it would splash water all over the place and we had to turn it off. However, given that the weather was not extremely hot at night we would put the fan on for a bit. One other thing that we noticed was that the sliding door does not have a screen and does not lock. Being on the ground floor you really needed the door to lock. We did improvise and I felt better when leaving the condo for the day. The stove died one night while cooking and we realized that the propane tank was empty. I emailed Dhai and she was right on it and the fellow came with a filled one within the hour. All said and done, this is by no means bad criticism. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back and stay longer.(once I retire). What we also liked was the fact that we were able to use the loungers and palapas at the beach club.We had a great time and met many nice vacationers and the staff at the condo were friendly and helpful in any way.

No lo Recomiendo a NingÚN Extranjero. Don´t go there.
A continuación todas las razones porque no alquilar este apartamento:
1. el precio no es 54$ dolares por noche, a mi me cobraron 80$ por noche (al principio querrÃan 100$). Se trata de hecho, de mentir en tripadvisar. Sinceramente pagarÃa 30$ por lo que encontré.
2. la ubicación - en el mapa pone que esta en punta cana villiage que por supuesto no es cierto. Esta pasando todos hoteles de barcelo y la playa cortecito, en Bávaro. Otra mentira en la web.
3. no esta en primera linea de la playa, hay que cruzar la carretera para llegar a la playa
4. las instalaciones de la casa están abandonadas, no mantenidas por el dueno
5. la estufa estaba llena de grasa, de los cubiertos se caÃa el cromo, toda la casa olÃa fatal (aunque no se puede fumar), cada toalla olÃa humo, faltaban bombillas, no funcionaba grifo en el segundo bano, la ropa de cama no correspondÃa al tamaño de la cama (vamos, eran demasiado pequeñas, por la manana te despertabas en el colchón), etc.

El precio que usted vio antes estaba en EUROS y nosotros trabajamos con dólares.
El mapa no obstante esta auténticamente en Fipkey, algo que se sale de nuestro control. Por lo demás detalles hemos corregido todo, siempre al tanto de que puedan disfrutar sus vacaciones. Igualmente cabe destacar que esta casa esta muy bien ubidaca, usted tenia una reunión en el Pulpo Cojo asà que solo debÃa conducir 2 minutos, aprender a mirar lo positivo de las cosas puede ser muy saludable.

the apartment is a great size and was well kept clean and comfortable. I| loved that there was a washer/dryer and that the fridge and stove were in good repair. there were plenty of plates, bowls cups and cutlery.
The rest of the kitchen utensils and pots and pans left something to be desired. The can opener and kitchen scissors were rusted and unusable, there was no fire started to light the stove, and the teflon on the pots and pans was coming off in my food.
The bed was large and comfortable, the drawers were clean and functioning, the closet was huge and the bathrooms were large and clean. The shower head was nice with good water preassure.
the grounds were clean and well kept, swimming pool was nice but there were no lounging chairs around the pool or in the apartment to use at the pool. The apartment was fairly quiet and everyone was kind and friendly.
Security and parking were great. this is a great location, easy walk to the beach and several restaurants, as well as a supermarket and bakery.
The free internet was a huge bonus and a very nice suprise.
The price was decent and the hostess was wonderful, responding immediatly to any issue or request we had.
I would rent this unit again, but would request that the kitchen be stocked with some new cooking supplies.

El condominio es muy bonito y agradable. Está muy cerca de la playa y de buenos restaurantes, y el recorrido es agradable!. Cómo mi mente y mi corazón estaban ocupados con mi novio, Dahiana nos ayudó organizando el viaje a la Isla Saona, el cual fue fantástico!. Realmente pude disfrutar en su totalidad los dÃas que estuve allÃ!.

My rental agent, Dhai, was wonderful. At first, there were a couple of problems, but she straightened everything out quickly. Then, she even lent me her camera when mine failed. She was fantastic! Anyway, the villa was lovely (photos included), and convenient to the beach and good restaurants. With my lovely girl, I had a fantastic time.

I came here labor day weekend with my husband and two kids, and the surprise I encountered was the fact that the airport was such a short drive, only 15 mins (wow!!). Santa Maria Del Mar 2 was well kept, nice furnishings, and the surrounding location was great with the beach just minutes way. The kids had a great time with the pool being so close by. During my entire stay I felt safe knowing that there was 24hr security. All in all great place, great vacation.

I've been many times in Punta Cana, this time I decide to get a place and stop the all inclusive once for all. I couldnt pick a better place than this! Everything is pretty close ( Casino, Spas, Golf course, Transportation supermarket the beach) and I tottally felt I was home.
I will definitely come back on my next vacations.
