Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms located at Aquamarina, in the exclusive Cap Cana community.This unit features 2 large bedrooms, large living room, dinning room, fully equipped kitchen, marble floors,central air condition, ceiling fans in all rooms,laundry room and a huge terrace overlooking the beautiful marina. All floors and bathrooms are marble and unit is in magnificent condition.

This is the perfect family, romantic getaway vacation , relax having coffee /wine while enjoying the tropical breeze by the beautiful terrace and a true vacation experience

Q: I Have visited Punta Cana in the past, but never heard of Cap Cana. Where is it?

A: Cap Cana is an exclusive/luxury gated community in the Punta Cana area (30,000 acres), it consist of several condo developments , boutique hotels, largest marina in Dominican Republic, one of the best Golf course in the Caribbean

Q: How far is it from the airport?

A: The airport at Punta Cana is only a short 10 car/taxi ride from Cap Cana, by taxi cost is approx $35 each way

Q: Is Cap Cana a safe place to bring my family?

A:Yes, Cap Cana is a Gated community and also has 24 hr security around all common areas, visitors are ID'd prior to entering and all guest must be registered prior to arriving

Q: How far are the beaches and pools?

Beach and pool for condo is only a short 3 minute walk, other beaches like Juanillo and Caleton beach are only a short 5 minute free shuttle ride

Q: Do I need a car?

A: It is highly recommended guests rent a car as the community is very large and it's also good to have a car in order to go site seeing and do grocery shopping, car rental usually cost under $275 for wk

A:The local currency is Dominican Pesos and the exchange is about 39 Pesos to 1 US Dollar, most places accept major credit cards and US Dollars

  My wife and I decided to travel to Punta Cana this year, a place I've never been and I'm so glad we went. First we were amazed how beautiful the accomodations were. The condo where we stayed was located right on the marina overlooking the clear greenish blue water I've only seen pictures of. We sat on the terrace every morning having coffee and every night having dinner, enjoying the warm tropical breeze and of course each others company. The best part of staying at this condo is not only are you a few minutes from everything you would need but the staff catered to our every need and was very helpful in recommending key sites we were so glad we went to such as hot fishing spots, the Hard Rock casino as well as great beaches. We didn't have to worry about anything. We even had a personal chef come over one night to make us local dishes with freshly caught lobsters...it was as if we were at a fivestar restaurant without having to leave the condo. All arranged by our concierge. The fishing here was surreal especially when you know where the great spots are. I fished for several hours a day while getting sun, relaxing in the warm tropical air while my wife would walk along the beach or read her favorite book on the terrace. The most comforting part was always knowing that our needs were taken care of which gave us more time to spend enjoying our vacation instead of guessing where to go or what to do. Thanks to Roger and our concierge for ensuring that our trip was better than we could have expected. We will be making the trip once a year from now on and we can't wait to come back.
