Beach Residence is located in the heart of Bavaro-Punta Cana. You will be vacationing along Bavaro Beach, one of the most sought after Caribbean destinations. Restaurants, bakery, grocery, produce stand, tour operators, night clubs, sports bar, casinos and more are within walking or a short taxi ride. The area is very safe and the locals friendly.
Two bedroom apartment fully furnished, newly constructed in 2009 and approximately 1,188 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, fully equipped kitchen, dining for 6, corolina floors, CATV, air conditioning, swimming pool and gazebo. Distance to the beach is only 50 feet from the apartment.
Playa Residencial esta ubicado en el Corazón de Bavaro-Punta Cana. Usted estará pasando sus vacaciones a lo largo de la mejor playa del caribe. A solo pasos, Restaurantes, Panaderías, super mercados, clubes nocturnos, casinos y mas. Esta área es muy segura y con locales amistosos.
Los apartamentos de dos dormitorios totalmente amueblado, construido recientemente en el 2009 con aprox. 118 m2 de construcción, cuenta con dos baños, cocina totalmente equipada, comedor para 6, con terminacion de primera, tales como piso en coralina, CATV, aires, piscina y gazebo. A solo 50 pies de la playa.
