This is a great retreat location, a large villa in its own grounds next to a lagoon- no other house in sight. It is also a small drive to the beach which is unspoilt with woodland border, and a short drive to local shops, general amenities at Maldonado, chic peninsular of Punte Del Este. There is a pool in the grounds for a cool dip on hazy lazy days, and the villa has large reception rooms and verandas.
