20% guarantee deposit or 2000 US whichever highest for high season full house rental.
Deposit will be returned at check out.
Cleaning fee of 100 US if no maid service contracted.
During high season full house rental, we recommend to get the service of a maid for three times a week (3 hours) to do the cleaning & washing at a cost of 75 US a week.
