Ideally situated in a beautiful tropical neighborhood, in Punta Gorda Isles, an exclusive but friendly waterfront boating community. There is no thru traffic on our street or in this neighborhood. Located mid-way between Ponce De Leon Park on Charlotte Harbor and Fisherman's Village on the Peace River. Home is less than 5 minutes from downtown Punta Gorda (US 41) and two more miles east to I-75. This provides very quick access to airports and beaches to north and south of our home. Groceries, fruit and vegetable markets, parks, many great resturants, tennis/basketball courts and golf courses are nearby. Walk or bike the quiet and safe streets, and enjoy the abundant sunshine on the Southwest Gulf Coast.

The spacious lovely house is adequately described and tastefully decorated. It had all the amenities of home - and even more. The kitchen was especially well outfitted. All we had to do was unpack our clothes. Punta Gorda is a pretty and safe community with friendly people and good restaurants.

Wonderful home, we were very pleased with it. Roomy, airy, had any amenity you might desire. Comfortable beds! Great location, very quiet, most pleasant by the water with a lovely view from the lanai or the back yard. Enjoyed walking around the community. Very cooperative landlords, quick to respond to any question. Punta Gorda is a nice community, historic places to explore, good restaurants, but also very close to two major cities. We had the best vacation!

We were so pleased to have these wonderful Ladies for a month at our home. They are Welcome back anytime. It is our pleasure to see couples and families enjoy our house, the beautiful waterfront, the SW Gulf beaches, the neighborhood and the entire Punta Gorda area. Guests then experience what we did when we first discovered this area for ourselves. Guests from Germany, Belgium, England, Canada and about 12 US states have stayed with us. Some as winter snowbirds; others on extended vacations, searching for properties, Holiday vacations, family gatherings, etc. Several have returned for a second stay.
We have furnished and equipped our home to make your stay a very relaxing and memorable one. -
