The seven-story, El Faro Real complex, completed in September 2006, is right on the beach and the terraces look directly down on the 80 ft long infinity pool and the beautiful blue tropical waters of Banderas Bay. During the winter, whales are a daily sight and in the summer dorado can be3 seen cornering bait fish near the shore. The complex's southern exposure means there are unparalleled views of the sun from dawn to dusk, as well as the sailboats at anchor and the picturesque four-mile distant Tres Marietas Island natural reserve.

This is an amazing penthouse. We loved staying here, close to everything. Swimming in the ocean everyday, yes a few rocks - its the ocean. You can walk 5 min. to restaurants or just go to Ropi's across the street for great food and drinks. We shopped local for our food, buying veggies and fruit from the fella that drove his truck by every morning. A small store around the corner. We walked everywhere no need to rent a car. You can relax or surf the waves out front. Great spot for a holiday.

This place was spectacular! This 2 bedroom condo was all as described.
The privacy, location, pool area, beach and the safety. The beach is better than the Four Seasons Beach. The condo is well located for a short and safe walk to town by beach or road. We wanted to extend our stay another week but could not make the airlines work. So instead of staying the extra week, we are looking at another stay for 2014. Donna was great to work with. We can't wait to go back to this great rental. -

This condo is fantastic! The facilities, location and view is the best we have experienced on the Mexican pacific coast. The beach out front is quiet and the pool area is spacious with chairs, tables, shade and area for a BBQ. I can't say enough about everything this condo has to offer! I can only look forward to the time when I go back!!!

This condo is on the upper 2 floors of a nice, well kept building right on the beach. The beach is by far the best beach for miles around, it is sandy soft and slopes gently out. Very safe and the water is clear and warm. It is a 3 minute stroll to some great restaurants but is in a relatively quiet area away from most tourist activity. The bedrooms each have their own floor and balcony which allows excellent privacy for 2 couples or a family.

We loved our stay in the great condo on the best beach in Punta de Mita. The condo had marvelous views of the beach and pool and was equipped with everything you could want or need. It was a great location offering a quick walk to town and wonderful restaurants. The beach was fabulous and very private. It was a wonderful vacation and a great place to stay. I would recommend it to any one and would return in a minute. Thank you Donna for use of a perfect condo which made for the perfect vacation.

The penthouse offers fabulous views, quiet, and privacy. The 2 bedroom was more space than we needed, but loved every minute of it. The condo was tastefully decorated through out, and was equipped with all the amenities to make your vacation more relaxing.
The infinity pool was the perfect temperature, there is direct access to a sandy white beach, the condo was located within easy walking distance of downtown and great restaurants, and a market across the street.
This is a great village, friendly people, beautiful sights, great restaurants, and had rentals available for all of our interests.
