We are located on the El Enclote Beach with private walkway to the prime Punta de Mita surfing beach. Next to this is some of Banderas Bay's best restaurants where you can lounge the day away on the beach enjoying surfing, stand up paddle, kayaking or hop on a ponga for whale watching and snorkeling at the Marieta Islands.

Fantastic place! Three of us rented this unit for two weeks in November and enjoyed every minute of it. The apartment is huge, clean, modern, and comes stocked with all of the furnishings that you need. The internet connectivity is excellent (for those who need it) and the location is perfect; you're only steps away from the beach, a great surf break, and the best taco place in town.
If you're going to be in the area I would highly recommend that you consider renting this unit!
