Our family's luxury 3 bedroom 3 bath condo is located on a beautiful unspoiled beach with an infinity pool, hot tub and covered BBQ palapa right next to the beach. From our condo and comfortable patio there are wonderful ocean views. We are located right on the beach on Banderas Bay (Mexico's Pacific Coast) near Puerto Vallarta, in the exclusive Punta Mita area. We are on the beach between the Four Seasons Resort and multi-million dollar private villas with 10 miles of unspoiled beaches at our doorstep. We are a short walk to the harbor where you can catch a boat for some great fishing or snorkel trips to the Mariettas Islands, 5 miles offshore. Punta Mita is known for it's many surf spots as well as being a safe anchorage for the many sailboats that travel this coast in the winter months. There are quaint coastal villages to explore nearby, as well as "jungle canopy" trips.
We are a 15 minute drive to Sayulita, another well know surf town. Puerto Vallarta is nearby for day outings, but we a worlds away from the crowds of the City.
There is safe on street parking, buses and taxis nearby if you decide not to rent a car.

We could not have been happier with our stay at this condo, right on the beach with only an infinity pool to separate you from beautiful Banderas Bay. We woke to watch the sun rise from the balcony and closed the day gazing at the sunset from the hot tub. The american style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to cook anything your heart desires but many excellent restaurants line the beach close by too. From the moment we arrived until we sadly had to depart, we felt we were in a little bit of paradise. We'll be back again whenever we can!

Our family stayed at Caren's condo in December 2012. We considered staying at the Four Seasons or the St Regis, and we visited those resorts to see what we missed - and we are happy that we stayed at the condo. It has an awesome lap pool, a fabulous beach and it's a 10 minute walk into the little town. The local Mexican restauranteurs, surfing instructors and the boat captains for fishing or snorkeling at the islands, were friendly, funny, competent and charming. In town, we met a terrific local surf guide and boat operator, Oso Negro (Black Bear), and he helped us find good snorkeling, surfing, paddleboard and fishing activities.
The Condo was super luxury - great air conditioning when you need it - but the weather allowed us to just open the patio doors to the deck. The kitchen and bathrooms are nicer than our house. Excellent wifi and lots of English channels on the TV (mostly from Canada for some reason). We'll go back - it was a great place to relax and vacation. -

This property is superb: Location, views, cleanliness, ease of rental, decor, comfort, accommodations, amenities - it has it all. I visited with my husband and two children and we all agreed. This has been the best vacation rental we have stayed in - clearly the owners take great pride in it as it doesn't feel like a rental at all. It has a beautiful beach, a great pool, close to great groceries and restaurants, and we were even able to catch a local bus nearby to get to Puerto Vallarta, La Cruz and Sayulita for some day trips. Great experience, great vacation, great value.

This is by far the best vacation rental experience I've had. The location is gorgeous and not overcrowded. The condo was immaculate with great amenities, and the owner was very accommodating of all our needs. An altogether excellent, fun, and memorable experience.

The Condo in Punta Mita owned by Caren Edwards is a dream. It looks in person exactly as it is portrayed in the pictures. It is spacious, clean, well appointed with truly comfortable beds. The living room space is comfortable and uncluttered which only adds to the ability to appreciate the spectacular view. The condo is quiet and all of the residents we encountered were friendly and helpful. The beach and pool area are beautiful. The beach is truly one of the most lovely I have walked on and I have walked on many in many different places. Caren was incredibly helpful answering all my questions and providing me with great reccomendations for Yoga and Massage which made our trip even better. I love the cozyness and size of Punta Mita, for a big City dweller it is just what I am looking for. I would (and am) stay here again and again and agin. I highly reccomend it to anyone seeking a little bit of Paradise.

In 2010 I wrote this about this condo: This is not a traditional rent condo. The generosity of their owners make holidays a very great experience. We found coffee, spices and pure water in the kitchen. The ocean direct view from the deck until the Marietta Islands and the front shore of Bahia de Banderas is splendid. The administrators make really efforts to keep you happy. Enough towels, and blankets. We would like to go back. We spent 7 days, before and after New Year there. Swimming pool is clean and jacuzzi in wonderful temperature.
That is why we have returned several times to enjoy holidays and we have alwas had a delicius experience. I want to say it is very close to the beach, but also close to several good restaurantes and another beaches we in my family love.

We've stayed here 3 times. It's really comfortable and beautifully decorated. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is modern. The air conditioning is effective, and it's got a fully equipped laundry room in the condo. There's an elevator entrance, so it's easy to handle luggage and supplies. It's got a great view from the second floor over the beautiful sandy beach. The pool is big and warm, with a barbecue area that we use regularly. We 'd love to go back again!

We stayed at this fabulous condo for a week and left so relaxed and happy! The condo has fantastic views of the ocean from almost every room. Staying right on the beach made this a great spot and allowed balcony sunsets to be a nightly occurrence.
The condo is very comfortable, roomy, and attractively decorated (granite tiles and Mexican furnishings). The beds were very cozy and the kitchen was spacious.
We spent most of our time in the infinity pool overlooking the beach, which was a perfect temperature for swimming and we enjoyed many sunsets from the hot tub. We also enjoyed combing the miles of beach, which we practically had to ourselves!
Our kids spent most of their time surfing at La lancha, which was about a 20-minute walk down the beach. They caught some great waves. We rented boards for a very reasonable price from one of the two surf shops in town. My wife is just learning to surf and we spent our time right in front of the condo, which is a nice beginner wave.
We also had a great fishing/snorkel trip to the Mariettas Islands for snorkeling. My wife had a couple in-room massages from Kemi, a masseuse who lives across the street.
We cooked about half the time and the other half we went to Se Como no and some other delicious local spots. There was everything from 50-cent tacos to classy healthy style Mexican in outdoor garden seating.
The local property manager who greeted us was both very helpful with our plans and local information. This is a great condo with a wonderful vibe, in a great location. We are definitely going back!

During the holidays my family and I will be returning to the Edwards' condo for the third time. We have stayed here on two other occasions - once with extended family and once with friends. On both occasions we found the unit to be clean, well maintained, and a wonderful venue for relaxing and to return to after various local activities. The condo is within about a 40 minute drive to Sayulita, the views of the bay are beautiful, you can go fishing and visit the islands off of the coast which are amazing, and we have taken day trips to Yelapa where we were able to see beautiful sun fish while enroute. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to have a relaxed and luxurious trip to Punta Mita without being land-locked in a hotel setting. It provides a perfect opportunity to commune with the locals in the nearby village and to treat oneself to a safe and beautiful home away from home. Beds are comfy, air conditioning works stellar, kitchen is beautiful, and the views are scrumptious.
