This condo sits right on the beach on the North Shore of Banderas Bay in the peninsula community of Punta de Mita (where the Bay meets the Pacific). Surf, paddle, dive, snorkel, whale watching (November through March), sport fishing, eco tours, kayaking, golf, beachcombing, sampling the local beachfront and village restaurants -- it's all within easy walking distance.
Rental cars, taxis, and public bus transportation are all readily available as well, in case you'd like to venture outside the villages. Parking is available just across the street from the condo.

Our stay at the condo was better than we could have imagined.
Morning coffee on the veranda or sitting in the hot tub was highlighted numerous times with whale sighting. A day never passed with seeing at least a few.
The home has all amenities that you need to prepare delicious meal in, or is only steps from a Famous Hamburgesa.
The location is perfect with spectacular views of sunrises and sunsets, and if I were still in my youth, I could have thrown a rock to the ocean.
To top it all off I was able to catch waves on my sup. -

5 star accomodations and amenities in a quiet authentic atmosphere. Rick and Suzannes condo/home is very inviting, well equipped and spacious. The properties southern exposure is perfect for the sun worshipers. From sunrise over Vallarta and unobstructed travel de sol to sunset beyond Banderas Bay the days are incredibly relaxing taking in the spa,pool,and beach. Local night life/restraunts less than a block away were all outstanding. A side trip to Sayulita made our all to short vacation complete.
Great care was taken by Rick,Suzanne and the property management team to make our stay carefree and easy. An additional side note, the "cast of characters that make El Faro their winter home made us very welcome contributing to an excellent experience.
We will be back!
