Villa Pacifica is located in the Ranchos Estates, Punta Mita's most sought after, gated community on the Pacific coast of Mexico. The Ranchos Estates is an enviable address for your Punta Mita vacation rental villa. This 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom villa sleeps 12 guests in a stunning, 11,000 square foot compound designed by renowned Mexican architect Pepe de Iturbe. It is a newly renovated, contemporary residence that seamlessly blends stylish, sophisticated design with the beautiful natural surrounds of the Pun...ta Mita peninsula. The villa is characterized by chic, relaxed decor, accentuated with bold, contrasting shades of Bougainvillea red, navy blue & Spanish white. Villa Pacifica is fully staffed with a house manager and an on site housekeeper, chef and butler for your Punta Mita vacation.

From the moment you arrive at Villa Pacifica, any stresses that you may have bought with you will instantly melt away. Friendly, attentive villa staff will greet you with fresh made margaritas and whisk away your luggage to your room. Guests enter the compound through a rear garden that features a half moon pond, palm trees and an expansive grass area. From this rear garden you walk through an entrance and down a beautiful travertine walkway. To the right of the walkway is a huge royal palm courtyard that looks through the main living area to the ocean. The travertine walkway will bring you to Villa Pacifica's great room. This gorgeous open plan living and entertaining area has multiple seating & dining areas and overlooks the pool and ocean. This vista will tell you that your Punta Mita vacation has officially begun!

The great room of Villa Pacifica is probably where you will spend most of your time enjoying your time with family and friends. There is a dining table for 12 guests, as well as additional seating for 4 more guests at a separate table. Next to the dining area is a luxurious banco style lounge area with brilliant hues of Bougainvillea red & crisp white. The stairs from the great room lead down to an expansive 22 yard, azure blue pool. Built into the steps of the pool are 4 queen sized lounge beds. These lounge beds are covered in stylish blue & white fabrics. All of the great room and pool furniture is made with the highest quality outdoor fabrics, so you are free to lounge anywhere whether you are wet or dry. Beyond the pool is a stretch of grass with stairs leading down to the private beach.

To the left of the great room is a sleek, white kitchen with a walk in fridge, and stainless steel appliances. However, familiarity with the kitchen is rarely required as you will have the villa staff to serve you cocktails, snacks and meals. To the right of the great room is a media room with huge glass doors overlooking the pool and ocean. If you are seeking some quiet time out of the sun this media room is the perfect place to watch a movie or do some work. The media room can also be converted into an additional sleeping area with 2 twin beds upon request.

From the media room you walk up some stairs to the top level of Villa Pacifica. The majority of the top floor is occupied by a sweeping, sophisticated master suite. The master suite has a king sized bed overlooking a recessed seating area with elegant cane furniture. The master suite has big windows that frame uninterrupted views the Pacific. There is a spacious master bathroom with indoor & outdoor showers, and a private deck with a sunken tub. On this level, there is also a smaller bedroom with two twin beds. This bedroom has it's own private deck and a private bathroom with a shower. Please note this bedroom is open to the media room below (via the stairs). This bedroom is the perfect place for small children who may want to be close to parents in the master suite. A second king suite can be found on the main living area of the villa, just off the great room, overlooking the Royal palm courtyard. This suite has a private bathroom with a shower. On the opposite side of the Royal palm courtyard, in a separate building, are two additional guest suites. These are mirror suites with each containing 2 full sized beds, a private bathroom with a shower, and a private outdoor courtyard with an outdoor shower and lounge chairs.

Villa Pacifica is fully staffed, so you can completely relax and enjoy your Punta Mita vacation. There is a house manager (off site) who is at your service. The house manager can arrange various services and activities such as airport transfers, surfing lessons, spa treatments or a shopping expedition. The chef prepares you breakfast & lunch as well as dinner if requested (dinner service is extra). There is also a server available to bring you drinks and snacks as you lounge by the pool. A housekeeper provides daily maid service to all guest suites.

Guests of the villa enjoy access to the private Jack Nicklaus Golf Courses, the private tennis facilities, the members Beach Club and restaurant as well as the restaurants of The Four Seasons and St. Regis Hotels. The villa is located approximately five minutes driving from these amenities .

  The property, the food, the staff- it doesnt get any better! The house was just a gorgeous setting and was very comfortable for the 8 of us. It was so fabulous we hated to leave the house and only left to play golf at the Four Seasons and visit a quaint and fun tequila distillery.
  
  We have been to many beautiful spots around the world but it was the staff and their attentive nature to ensure we were always happy and comfortable that made this particular vacation stand out! Luis, Efren and alma are the gold standard. Please be sure to let them know how they made our trip the best family vacation ever! The only down side is we all gained weight as the food was so amazing!

  The minute I entered Villa Pacifica the view from the front door to the ocean caused me to stop...soak in the beauty...and take a mental picture,one that will stay with me forever.
  This home is spectacular,a perfect balance of shelter and nature. It instantly connected me with everything I was seeking on my beach vacation.
  But Wait ...there's more!!! The staff,the service,the food,the margaritas,and all the amenities were exceptional,1st class and always with a smile!
  After an amazing week I left rested,enriched and looking forward to my next visit.

  We travelled a long way for this vacation, and we were a little nervous as we had never been to Punta Mita before, and had no idea what to expect. All fears were washed away by the delicious Magarita's delivered to us on arrival, and that first dip in the Pacific ocean, right out the front of the house. We barely left our home for the entire week. Most daily excursions were limited to the private beach right out the front of the house. Other than that, we would lie by the pool and enjoy the delicious, authentic local cuisine prepared for us by friendly, attentive staff. We took a few excursions to the nearby Four Seasons resort for dinner and a game of golf. This was by far one of the most surprising, and relaxing vacations I have been on. It was heaven!

  What a great house. Lots of open areas,the house and nature combine. The beach is so private only people in the Rancho subdivision have access to this beach, and the wild life including birds and fish are increadible.
  
  The full service staff chef and butler did a great job taking care of our needs.
  
  The house is well kept and in great shape with a large open common area and private hot tub and pool. The house is really split into two areas and would be ideal for 2 families

  This beautiful property really marries the outdoors with the indoor space, with full walls that open up and a lovely palm-tree-filled courtyard. The staff are ready to please with delicious margaritas, the best guacamole, or grilled flank steak to fill your soft tortilla. The sandy beach is steps away from the pool. The living room/patio/pool area is a great gathering place! Our trip was warm, relaxing, and too short!
