Casa Joya del Mar is an 8,500 square foot, five bedroom villa located inside the private gates of Punta Mita on the 7th fairway, 100 yards from the beach, with beautiful white water ocean views. The house has two full- time staff who will pamper your every need, from their daily breakfast and margaritas served around the pool, to their special fish and shrimp tacos with fresh guacamole served in the afternoon. The villa has four master suites, all with ocean and golf course views, and sleeps 12 (or more with infants). Rate includes free pick-up and drop-off in our suburban from the airport. We prepare breakfast and lunch free of charge. Guests purchase food and beverages. Extra charge for professional evening chef, massages, boating, tennis, and use of Four Seasons Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf (two 18 hole courses may be played). There are no fees for housekeeping, washing of clothes, chauffeur services, use of suburban and golf cart within the gates of Punta Mita.

We just returned from 9 days in Paradise, relaxed, suntanned and in love with Punta Mita. We enjoyed 5-star accommodations and the convenience of a luxury home while pampered by a full-time staff. It was the perfect vacation.
The planned secure community of Punta Mita is an entire peninsula with white sand beaches surrounded by the Pacific Ocean and Banderas bay. Despite cautions from well-meaning friends, we never felt uncomfortable in this secluded and secure development, as far from the border-state disturbances as California is from Colorado. The house overlooks Banderas Bay and the evening lights of Puerto Vallarta across the water.
Francisco has been employed at the house since the owners found him at the Four Seasons resort some years ago. He understands service. His culinary skills are excellent and I recommend both his morning omelet and his incredible fish tacos.
I will be returning to this taste of Paradise very soon. The whole experience spoiled me. I will never be happy vacationing at a time share again.Viva Casa Joya and the Punta Mita experience!! -

For the past 3 years our family of 11 has spent one week each year at Casa Joya del Mar. It has become an annual event and we wouldn't dream of spending our vacation at any other place. As our family has said "How can you compete with Paradise?” We can't think of a better place to relax, unwind and spend good quality time together than there. Francisco, the always available, agreeable and friendliest concierge helps to set the stage for our vacation. Reina, the kind and caring housekeeper never fails to keep everything in tip top shape for us and is always there with clean towels by the pool, and a ready smile as well. We have also taken advantage of the availability of a 5 star chef, arranged by Francisco, who helps us to further enjoy our time together by preparing fresh meals that are custom-made to our taste and liking. As reluctant as we are to ever leave Casa Joya del Mar we have ventured out to enjoy zip lining, the nearby water park, golf and various beaches as well. Even though we have recently returned from there, we have already begun to count down the days until we can return to our wonderful Punta Mita family once again!

I often reflect on the accommodations at Casa Joya del mar. I have readily recommended this lavish lodging to friends, and will for years to come.
When we arrived at the property, the entry way filled all with a sense of grandeur. The home is furnished with the finest appliances, furniture, beds and linens. Each spacious room had a theme that made them all the more inviting. The cleanliness of the marble floors, and the openness that pervades the entirety of the home made it all the more pleasant.
The home features privacy (in the past hotels have proven a disappointment in providing a private setting, especially in the pool). The back yard opens onto a perfectly manicured setting with a fresh, clean atmosphere, colossal pool, and hot tub. So inviting a pool, we used it two or three times a day.
We had occasion to entertain while there and the spacious home and large table presented a perfect forum for it.
There are innovative activities to do in the surrounding town, within walking distance.
I am eager to return, Asap! -

My family and three other families stayed at Casa Joya a couple of weeks ago and had one of the best vacations of our life! The house was beautiful, large, and comfortable in every way. The pool was great for adults and kids alike because of the large shallow area that the kids loved to play in. We loved the beach club, tennis courts, fitness center, and spa. Every part of this vacation experience is top of the line. The best part of staying at the house is Francisco the concierge. He is truly amazing from his fresh salsa and guacamole, to planning great adventures. He caters to your every whim making sure you are 100% satisfied and that you have a full drink. :) We plan to make this an annual trip and can't wait to go back.
