Nestled within the exclusive Las Palmas de Punta Mita residential gated community and just a short walk from the spectacular warm Pacific Ocean and sandy beaches. The well designed and elegant entrance courtyard welcomes you as one enters. The indoor/outdoor experience continues throughout Villa Paraiso with spacious covered and uncovered terrace areas, allowing for both sitting and lounging areas, both shaded and unshaded, including a BBQ grill and a private plunge pool on the upper terraces.

This property has 4... luxurious bedrooms; the master bedroom is located on the upper level, with an elegant four post bed, sitting area and large master bathroom, inside shower, Jacuzzi bath tub, walk in closet and a private outside shower for that true tropical Mexican experience! For your entertainment enjoyment there is 40” Sony flat-screen TV with blue-ray DVD player. The master bedroom offers panoramic views over the lush vegetation, palm trees and westward towards the Pacific Ocean and year round sunsets.

The additional three luxuriously appointed bedrooms have private terraces and are located on the lower level in a peaceful lush tropical garden setting for the enjoyment of our guests. 2 of these bedrooms have a King size bed and the other with 2 queen size beds. Each of these bedrooms has a flat screen TV and blue ray DVD player. Also located on the lower level is a TV den with a large 55” screen 3D TV and large sofa (more like a lounging bed) for the entire family to enjoy a movie should you wish after a long day in the ocean, on the golf course, playing tennis, in the warm sunshine, etc. Three of the bedrooms have large walk in closets, and each has a spacious luxuriously finished bathroom.

A gourmet kitchen, pantry and laundry room are all located on the upper level to enhance the living experience with family and friends. The living room has a 60” LG flat screen TV with a surround sound system and lots of comfortable seating to relax.

Wi-Fi also available throughout the Villa as well as a Vonage telephone for your use back to the States or Canada.

The Resident’s Beach Club is only a 5 minute walk away, offering ocean activities, full services, with breakfast, lunch, dinner and spa treatments available. Plus a ‘kiddie’ pool and playscape area for your children.

Villa Paraiso guests will have the privileged use of the Premier Punta Mita Golf Club Membership. The Premier Membership gives you access to a number of additional features that are awesome! These include access to both of the Jack Nicholas signature golf courses, Pacifico with the “Tail of the Whale” hole and the newest Bahia course. Also with the Premier membership you will have access to the tennis and fitness center. There is a small additional fee for renters to use the tennis and fitness center. Also included is access to the exclusive Kupuri Beach Club, which is the best beach for boogie boarding and offers a beautiful setting with another pool and restaurant. Kupuri Beach club is only a 10 minute golf cart ride within the gates.

A Golf Cart is also included with your Rental - allowing you to easily get around to all the amenities Punta Mita has to offer.

Villa Las Palmas is nestled within the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and offers convenient access to the Punta Mita community’s world-class amenities: golf path to the Resident's beach club, Four Seasons and St Regis for restaurants and Spas, and Tennis.

Punta Mita offers a fabulous vantage point in which to watch the 3 month migration of the humpback whales. There are also colorful reefs to snorkle and excellent sport fishing. One of the largest attractions to this area is the bounty of waves thus drawing surfers – both board and paddle – from all over. Plus the first class Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses makes this a much sought after golfers dream vacation destination.

Additional recreational amenities include two Beach Clubs, walking trails, a mountain biking trail, a Tennis Club, and private pier. Access to these Punta Mita Resort amenities is only available to residents and guests staying inside the community’s gates, either at the Four Seasons, St. Regis, or in a Punta Mita rental home or condo.
