Bryn Penmaen is a detached Wales Cottage in the grounds of the 100 acre Penmaen Estate. Bryn Penmaen provides comfortable and well-equipped holiday accommodation to suit a family or a couple at any time of year. Decorated and furnished to an exacting standard, the cottage provides accommodation including two bedrooms, a fitted kitchen with dining area, and its own pretty lawned garden and patio. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Although I was on crutches the cottage provided perfect accommodation with comfortable beds superb dining kitchen and patio dining.the views from the superb garden were spectacular and the space delightful. We had a lovely week the friendly owner was not intrusive but helpful when needed. The only negative comment would be the seating in the lounge room which was very low and not very comfortable but otherwise an excellent find.

A lovely cottage very peaceful, a great place to unwind. The beautiful rockery is much bigger than in the photo's with stunning views as far as the eye could see. The owner greeted us on arrival then left us to get on with relaxing, the rockery was huge and they are still adding to it :)
The cottage is lovely. There were three of us the wife my mum and me,every hour my mum would announce how beautiful the cottage was, she was made up .
We were about a mile away from Pwllheli, my wife walked to the town it took her about 20 minutes .This is the first cottage we have booked and we couldn't fault it .
We would book it again . Fantastic cottage Just book it, you wont be disappointed -

Bungalow was nicely tucked away from the maddening crowds meaning a peaceful start and finish to each day. Ideally located to visit the Lleyn peninsula (which we did) and we were blessed with glorious weather. Only one duff day, and even then the rain cleared up by mid-morning.

This is a well equiped bungalow in a very convenient location for exploring the Llyn Peninsular. The owner's grounds are lovely and the site is delightful. The interior is a little dated but spotlessly clean. Would benefit from the addition of a dishwasher!

Mum and Dad loved the cosy bungalow and felt at home the moment they arrived.
They previously stayed with us at Penmaen Bach next door, and liked the look of Bryn Penmaen so much that they decided to stay there too.
They loved the surrounding gardens and glimpse of the sea in the distance.
Everything they needed to make their stay enjoyable. -

A lovely bungalow in beautiful grounds and the owner has created the biggest ever rock garden we had ever seen. The bungalow was very comfortable, cosy and had everything you needed - a lovely big kitchen and a very useful utility room for boots and coats. The peninsula was very beautiful with lots of walks and fantastic scenery - we were a bit unfortunate with the weather but we still had a lovely time

The cottage is compact but has all essential facilities. Maintenance and cleanliness to a high standard . We had a week of sun so I cannot comment on the effectiveness of the heating. The situation is excellent in the grounds of a large farmhouse , quiet and civilised and yet so close to all the magnificent mountain ,sea and beach scenery that this peninsula has to offer. I would not hesitate to use it again.
