All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

We were very impressive by the cleanliness and modern up to date facilities such as a digi box and 2 TVs. We also liked the supply of books and games which was a very nice touch. Nice large bathroom and lovely large bath. The top floor bedroom was delightful.
On the negative side 2 of the 3 bedrooms backed directly onto a wall so had no view and little light - however this was ameliorated by the fact this is a holiday home therefore it was a base rather than somewhere we spent a lot of time in our bedrooms! The leather sofas looked good but were very uncomfortable and we spent most of our time sliding off them.
Pwllheli was a bit workaday with quite a lot of council housing right by the sea - lucky tenants. However it is a naturally beautiful location and surrounded by breathtaking Snowdonia/North Wales.
