This superb detached church conversion is two miles from Pwllheli on the Llyn Peninsula.Eglwys St Cynfil is a quality detached church conversion in the hamlet of Penrhos two miles from Pwllheli. The property has a mezzanine double room overlooking the sitting area, and a single bedroom. Downstairs is a shower room, and the open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking and grounds including the ancient graveyard and an acre of land to relax and play games. Eglwys St Cynfil is a wonderful base for enjoying the peninsula's coastal walks and watersports or heading into Snowdonia for the lovely mountain scenery.

One acre of grounds with large field adjacent to property with furniture, BBQ and graveyard to side and rear. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Beach 1 mile.

Town: The unofficial capital of the stunning Lleyn Peninsula is the bustling market town of Pwllheli, a traditional seaside town that offers a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. Renowned for its sailing and water sports, the town is home to a marina which holds 400 boats, and two beaches, one of which holds a Blue Flag Award. The Lleyn Peninsula has incredible scenery, remote bays, sandy beaches, beautiful coastal walking, and excellent golf courses. The peninsula is recognised as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a large part of the coastline is owned and managed by the National Trust. The pretty harbour town of Abersoch; Criccieth, with its medieval castle, and the wildlife haven of Bardsey Island are all close by. The magnificent scenery of Snowdonia and the Isle of Anglesey are waiting to be discovered in this stunning part of North Wales.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Church was so unique, clean and extremely modern with excellent decor and furnishings. Great for travelling to nearby towns.
