Our three delightfully charming Beach front suites will surely satisfy couples and families alike. Relax on your Oceanfront patio and observe the eagles soaring while listening to the sounds of the waves. Cozy up around the fire pit or slip into the Oceanfront Hot Tub and experience the star lit nights as the cruise ships pass. Our suites are all ground level, direct access to the beach,have fully equipped kitchenettes, patios, some with fireplaces. We offer complimentary tea and coffee and free hi-speed internet access.

Weekly stays have free use of kayaks. Additional 15% taxes....rates are based on double occupancy. Additional Adults 16 and over $10.00 per night. Children 2-15 $5.00 per night plus taxes. 7 day cancellation policy in effect during shoulder season and off season. 30 day cancellation policy in effect for Peak Season. No pets allowed, smoking permitted outside only.
Special 3rd night free from Sept until June, is not in effect on holidays, and some restrictions may apply. Specials are not in conjunction with any other specials running.

Shady Shores is an escape to a tranquil and beautiful Beach resort. The scenery is absolutely stunning. The sound of the water on the rocky beach and the view of the mountains on a clear day are breathtaking! Waking up to the sunrise and the smells of the Ocean was great! Accommodations were perfect and we had everything we needed to have a great time! An Excellent place to relax and enjoy a hidden Gem of Vancouver Island. Coming all the way from Montreal this was surely a treat for me! I would recommend the resort to anyone who is looking for an escape. The owner of the Resort was amazing and very welcoming with a great sense of humour, which made my first time visit to Vancouver even that more special. It would not have the character and special charm without her there! I will defiantly be back again... :)

Thank you, I Loved my stay! Quiet, clean, welcoming, and very comfortable! And.. I spent an entire relaxing day sitting in the sunshine on a lawn chair, on the grass overlooking the beach, tie dyeing tank tops! I'm happy to report.. influenced, I'm quite sure, by the sheer peacefulness and beauty of my surroundings, they turned out great! Can't wait to return!
