Wake up to the sound of the sea and go for a stroll on the 500 feet of walk on waterfront minutes from your doorstep - watch the sea lions playing in the bay and the eagles soaring above. Come back and enjoy your breakfast on the patio. Our beach house is located between the two towns of Qualicum Beach and Bowser - a short 8 kilometers between each. There is so much to do in this area that you won't be bored...or if you want to get away from it all and just "veg" - what a perfect place to do it!
**Please note that this is a new development which is close to completion, however there is construction activity during the week.

This home is very well appointed & clean with all the ameneties - it was a pleasure to stay at. Our family of 5 really enjoyed the home and the development. We met other visitors at the pool, at the fire pit in the evening and strolling on the beach. The location is very handy within easy driving distance to all the Parksville / QB area has to offer.

I stayed in this home this past summer with my brother and sister. We're in our forties/early fifties and were looking for a nice home where we could have time quiet together, walks on the beach and be away from it all without being too far away from restaurants and local sites. This home fit the bill perfectly. The three bedrooms are all well appointed, the bathrooms beautiful and the gorgeous kitchen living room had everything we could have wished for. The kitchen is well stocked, the living room had lots of good music to listen to, games to play as well as movies to watch.
The location was central for day trips to Qualicum falls, Englishmen River Falls as well as the must see Coombs Market. We had intended to eat our dinners out but once we saw the kitchen, we knew that's where we wanted to enjoy our meals. Coombs market is the perfect spot to pick up groceries. We also enjoyed our breakfasts on the sunny patio.
The house was very clean and had everything you would expect from a nice hotel without being in a hotel. We loved our stay here. -

Beautiful home in a very nice location. Modern, upscale finishings. Friendly neighbours. Even though it wasn't a "sandy beach" location (and there were others a short drive away - Qualicum and Parksville, for example), it was wonderful to be able to walk to the ocean in just a few minutes. Qualicum Beach itself is a very quaint little town. I would recommend this house to anyone interested in staying on the island.
