Historic Old Quebec City - Four-Star Condo

Recently inspected by Quebec Tourism this condo was awarded a 4-Star rating. This is the highest rating for residential tourism in the Old City. Combine this with the fact that we are accredited by the City of Quebec to do vacation rentals you can be assured your vacation is off to a good start. The first question anyone should ask when searching for a place in Quebec City is, "are you accredited by the City of Quebec?" If the answer is no, buyer beware!

The beautiful historical greystone that houses this condo was once a place where millstones were produced for the use in mills in Quebec. It later became a well known hardware stor...e in the Place Royal area. When purchased by the present owner the goal was to rennovate the building to provide high quality luxury condo apartments that would be affordable and give an alternative to staying in a hotel. Located in Place Royal, the birthplace of New France it is walking distance to all that Quebec City offers. Restaurants, museums, art galleries, antique stores, and so much more are located at the doorstep to this condo. The condo has been rennovated using the backdrop of the original wooden beams and the grey stone walls. Hardwood floors and red brick accent the condo. Ceiling to floor windows look out at the mighty St. Lawrence River where once Champlain himself sailed into Quebec to found what has become North America's only fortified city. When these units were designed we had tourists in mind and it was important that we had a "Wow" factor. Property manager, Ed Sweeney says, "I like to meet each guest on arrival day to get them settled in, tell them my tourist tidbits, and just be there during the "wow" moment. That moment when they see that they have an awesome place to experience the Old City from".

Plan on arriving with a lot of travel bags? If Ed can't carry them up the stairs then he will just load you and your bags into the elevator and up you go to your vacation rental. The elevator was something we knew had to incorporate into the constuction of the building for use by our senior guests and those that may be challenged by the stairs.
