Malvern, PAPerfect location to experience real Quebec
Left on 01/11/2013 for a stay in July 2012
My husband, our 2 teen daughters and I stayed for one week here and were very pleased. The location is perfect -- in front of the gorgeous park called Plains of abraham, in walking distance to the Musee National des Beaux arts and all of Old Quebec city. Despite being a basement space, it was beautiful and quiet -- a real retreat. It does only have 2 bedrooms -- which worked well for us -- plus a sofabed in the living room. Our only complaint was the first night there was a terrible odor in the main bedroom but we eventually realized it was the carpet -- which smelled very moldy -- and we were able to move it which greatly decreased the odor. We were able to cook a few meals in the comfortably appointed kitchen (there is a grocery store a few blocks away and once we also purchased food from historic grocery J.A. Moisan. Second Cup is a half block away and was our source for wonderful chocolat chaud glace (frozen hot chocolate!) and cafe latte. Having a parking space (our only difficulty was in figuring out which was our parking space when we arrived as instructions were in French despite having a diagram -- we did figure it out though) was also wonderful as we had done Quebec City as part of a driving vacation that included Montreal. We actually only used the car once though to see the aquarium. Amazing restaurants were within blocks (our favorite: Le Grand Cafe).

Newbury, United KingdomGood apartment, bad communication
Left on 10/19/2012 for a stay in August 2012
We have to report a few negative points about our stay here. First, although we were assured that it would have three proper bedrooms, it doesn't - just two bedrooms and a pullout bed in the living room. Second, it's a basement apartment with no view out of any windows - which isn't a big problem, but it would have been nice to have told that in advance. Third, the arrival instructions were terrible - it took us about half an hour to work out where the door to the apartment was (with a different number from the one we were given). And fourth, it took more than two months after our visit, and repeated emails from us, before our deposit was finally refunded.
Apart from that, the facilities and the location were both pretty good. -

Austin, TexasExcellent Location for Quebec Stay

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay in Quebec. The accomidations were located very close to the old city with horse drawn carriages passing by and getting a drink every 15 minutes or so. The beautiful Gardens just steps from the Condomonium was a wonderful surprise as was the views 1/2 block away to sit on the park benches over looking the St. Lawrence. Groceries were a block away and morning cafes 1/2 block also. So much to do in Quebec and this was a wonderful place to relax and rest from our travels.

Westford MAGreat apartment, excellent location, beautiful city

We had a very good experience here. Kevin the rental agent was very helpful, the apartment was perfectly located on the Grand allee, near great restaurants, a short walk from the old city and with the beautiful parks area of the plains of abraham right behind it. Our teenage/college age boys loved it as well. We absolutely recommend staying here to get the most out of Quebec City.

Great place to stay in Québec city. Right in the middle of the action. Having a free parking is very convenient too... Stayed in this apartment with 3 teenagers and we were comfortable.Very nice place to stay, again, in the heart of beautiful Québec city. Truly amazing...

Quito, EcuadorGreat location, good for the price

This was my first time in Quebec city and the location was great. We could easily walk everywhere saving in parking, as we had a parking slot there. Check-in and checkout were smooth and the deposit was returned very quickly.
The place was comfortable, but since it is in a lower underground level, it has a slight "moisty" smell, but everything was clean and the apartment had everything you might need for a short stay. It has one nice ample bathroom, but the tub is very high and hard (even a little dangerous) to access for kids and/or seniors, I found that to be the only drawback. For the rest, I will recommend this place, much better than staying at a hotel and close to everything. -

We had a wonderful vacation in Quebec City. We were very pleased to see that the apartment was exactly as shown online. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It is so close to all the attractions that we wanted to see.We would certainly recommend it to anyone who was going to vacation in Quebec City.
I had excellent communication with Kevin through our emails from the time I booked.
