My boyfriend and I visited Quebec City for a week, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The condo is in a fantastic location, steps away from great shopping, restaurants, and many historic sites (including the Chateau Frontenac). The condo itself is beautifully decorated, and is very comfortable and welcoming after a day of sightseeing. It comes with pretty much everything you could possibly need during your stay; we were amazed at how well-stocked the kitchen was!
The Roys are wonderful to deal with, and were very helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. Vincent took the time to answer all of my emailed questions, even while on vacation himself! We also appreciated all the helpful information Francine and Jacques gave us about our area and about the city in general.
We are looking forward to returning to Quebec City in the future, and will definitely be staying here again!

Everything about our stay was wonderful!
The apartment was so cozy and perfect for the four of us (2 couples). I wouldn't recommend it for any more than 4 adults. It's quite small and you access the bathroom through the 2 bedrooms, so if you're staying in the mezannine/loft area you'd have to go through a bedroom for the bathroom. Not an issue for us at all. The apartment would be great for families though, or for one or 2 couples. The apartment is on the 3rd floor accessed by stairs.
The location is as great as the other reviews say. We walked to everything.
Jacques, Francine and Vincent were a very nice family, and their apartment is lovely. Very highly recommended!

Our family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo right in the middle of 'Old Quebec.' First of all, the location is perfect. It is less than a 5-minute walk to the Chateau Frontenac and the shopping streets. The car park is right across the street, and there is even short-term parking right in front for unloading/loading your car. Secondly, the condo itself is lovely. The decor looks like an interiors magazine. There is a lot of storage for clothes/bags/etc. Everything was very clean and well organized. The kitchen was the best fit-out of vacation rental I've come across, and we've stayed in probably 20+ rentals. There were basic condiments and cooking necessities like oil, tea, coffee, even ketchup and mayo. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and especially utensils. We cooked all our meals in the kitchen very easily. Finally, it was very pleasurable to arrange the rental with the Roys. They were prompt in all their communications and speak very good English. Also, they were very accommodating when we had to change our plans at the last minute due to a winter storm.
We had a wonderful stay here, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Quebec. -

They receive you as an importante costumer, show you personal interest and they take care about your comfort. Cant be better located and was the lowest price I found. I recommand it for sure.
Pour quelqu'un qui veut vivre le vieux Québec à fond, c'est un des condos les mieux situés. Avec un prix plus qu'abordable, ils te recoivent comme un client important, s'assure de ton confort et s'intéresse à toi. Je le recommande sans hésitation.
