The service from Westbrook Vacation Rentals was excellent.
Comfort was rated poor due to the lack of decent telephone and tv service. Running down from the second floor every to answer a call on the one telephone was not convenient. The patio furniture was extremely uncomfortable and the yard was not suitable for pets. There was a lack of baking and serving dishes in the home and picnic style cutlery with no serving pieces was not good. The dryer took a couple of hours to dry one load.
The area was nice enough and the recreation areas very nice but it was a long way to get to major shopping malls and entertainment. We did find some golf courses not too far away and if you can find a way to fly into Mesa you are about 20 minutes away. Sky Harbour is 45 minutes away.
