Johnson Ranch is located close to the shopping and entertainment areas of the greater Phoenix community and just outside the constant noise and din of traffic. It is very peaceful and relaxing with an array of local activities.
We are approximately 15-20 minutes from the Mesa Gateway Airport and 45-50 minutes away from Sky harbour Airport.
One of the many improvements that Arizona has done very well is to create a spectacular roadway infrastructure in and around the Phoenix area.
Getting around by car is a pleasure and can be accomplished quickly and safely.

We have traveled to many warm destination vacations but when we went to Arizona we knew that we had found somewhere that we could keep coming back to year after year. The weather and the people are just wonderful and we are very pleased to have our vacation home in what the locals call 'The Valley of the Sun'
You will find this home very comfortable and what we especially appreciate is the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and surrounding area. And just minutes away from all the shopping and restaurants and entertainment that you could hope.
