Ridgewood is a great Queens neighborhood with lots of local shopping, restaurants, and quick and easy access to Manhattan. It is extremely safe at all hours, and has more historic districts than any other outer-borough neighborhood. This brownstone is currently awaiting landmark status as part of a historic district. There are a lot of beautiful brick buildings in the neighborhood from the turn of the century.
The rates listed below are for use of a 2BR unit.
As a general guideline, rates for the whole 5BR house will be roughly double those listed, and rates for a 3BR unit will be approximately 15% higher than those listed. Inquiry for a precise quote.
