Please note all prices include GST (NZ Govt sales tax 15%) and are in New Zealand Dollars.
There is a 3% administration fee for all credit card transactions and all bank transfer fees are to be paid by the payer, international transfers incur an NZ$25 “landing fee”.
Rates are based on occupancy of 1-3 guests, additional guests at $35 per guest per night – children under 3 free.
Maximum 7 guests per condo, seventh person on a foldaway bed in the living room.
There is a 2 night minimum for off peak periods and a 5-7 night minimum for peak periods.
50% Deposit is requried to secure your condo, balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

My family stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. Great 180 degree views of the lake. the town is 5 minutes walk away. The apartments are clean and comfortable. Beds are comfortable with plenty of options to keep you warm. The kitchen is well equipped if you want the cook. wireless internet and cable TV provide plenty of entertainment options for the family.

Our stay at no 7 was excellent. The beds, pillows, and linen were of a high quality as were the kitchen appliances. All bathroom floors were warm and the whole place itself very cosy. Only a 5-7 min walk into town so all in all a great place to stay so would definately stay again.

Four of us shared a 3 bedroomed condo (5). Nice to arrive off the plane, enter your code and immediately access. The condo was very clean and as other family were in the condo opposite we enjoyed coming together for breakfasts in the nice lounge and patio area (where the views are) for breakfast and pre dinner drinks. Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. Easy walk into town (unless your are elderly or have a physcial disability). This is our third stay in the condos and we would definitely book there again. I hope they maintain the current standards. Only thing I would do differently is book the third room with single beds not bunks so it was more suited to the fourth adult.

We stayed 4 nights with friends from U.K., 4 adults in total, everything was as we expected and the fact that there was not an 'office' on site was not a problem, all entry details were perfect and condition of the appartment was excellent, the views were as expected and would recommend for anyone staying in Queenstown.

10 minute walk to center of Queenstown, the apartment was simply amazing. Great kitchen, bedrooms, lounge room with a spectacular view of the water and mountains. No onsite staff however no issues with this at all as check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend the LakeRidge Condos

The LakeRidge Condos were the most expensive place we stayed in on our family holiday to the South Island of NZ. They were just fantastic. Large rooms, a big Spa Bath, plenty of living area and all the gear you need. Stayed 3 nights and had a great time. And just look at the views. The pictures don't lie.

We stayed at the lakeridge condos for a total of 3 nights, a family of 4 adults. The conodos were beautifully furnished, very comfortable. All the facilities withing were great, nothing wanting. My only criticism and it is minor is that from a female point of i would have like a full length mirror somewhere in the unit. Location was good, a nice walk or a short drive into queenstown. Check in and out was very easy and convenient. Would definately stay again.

Me and 4 of my friends stayed for 10 days and we found it to be awesome as in the location the size of the apartment how easy living it was and the view every morning and evening after a long day on the slopes.. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who can appreciate luxury and kicked back living... Can't wait till next year

Comfortable and easy. Perfect for our family of 5, teenage to age 6 kids this suited us wonderfully. Access to downtown is walking distance, comfort in the condo also wonderful. We could self cater with ease and also ditch the kid's for an overdue one on one.
The TV audio system is great but perhaps advances technology to a point unneeded.
Great views I will come back, Lack of reception did not lead to a lack of service.
I travel throughout the EU, USa and asia often, treat yourself and stay with Lakeridge...you won't be disappointed!

Check in was easy, Accom was lovely, everything was very clean, beds were super comfy, apartment was very warm and cosy. Facilities were excellent, kitchen was great. Tv/stereo was excellent. Free internet was very much appreciated and easy to use.

We booked the Condo mainly for the view - we were fortunate to get a front unit, and the view was just stunning any time of the day. What made our stay even more special as the homely-ness, everything we needed was there, easy accessible, beautiful decor and close to town.

Everything from pre service to checking out was first rate.We were kept informed promptly with queries via emails.We found the condos easily accessible and easy to find as well.
The condos were exceptionally clean and well kept and the decor, ambiance,and audio system were excellent.

Great views only come after big climbs and when they put our family with small kids at the top unit in the development i wasn't too grateful. the units are a 10m walk up a hill out of queenstown so overall its not too bad but if your kids are small be prepared to crack the whip.
otherwise the units are very comfortable and well equipped. there is no one on site and no cleaning service but it works well and the views are excellent.
there is a phone number for support - we called for a technichal glich which was sorted by someone with a slight grumpiness in his voice, which is a rare thing in such a friendly land. all in all, it suited us well. 4 stars. -

We loved the Lake Ridge Condos. It felt like a home away from home. Everything was available to make our stay comfortable. Electric blankets, Night Store heater, extra oil filled heaters, etc. Well appointed kitchen as I like to cook. Good walking proximity to town although we rented a car.Great view from the top floor and balcony.A real treat!

The view was fairy-tale, the warmth unbeatable, the contemporary environment absolutely desirable with 4 teenagers who enjoyed every bit of it! Floor heating, towel heating, spa and everlasting hot water, appreciation of the environment with recycling optimum. Very proud! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a unit right at the front of the complex, & woke up to an absolutely stunning views.
The unit was spotlessly clean, extremely well appointed & the heated floor was fantastic.
As we had 7 people, the only drawback was that the balcony furniture only catered for 4 people, unless we took out some dining room chairs, which we didn't like to do.
Walking into town was not a problem (downhill) & took a leisurely 10 minutes, where you get to check out the awesome views most of the way.
Thoroughly recommend to anyone thinking about staying in Queenstown.
All of our group of 7 can't wait to come back & bring back other friends/family.

We found nearly everything about this appt excellent. The booking was handled well with good info with regards to check in/out. Location was great and appt was immaculate with beautiful fit out and stunning view out over the lake. Kitchen was well stocked with all essential items if you wished to cook. Heating was excellent and much needed in the winter. Our only negative comments and these are minor are the pillows were not that comfortable and the TV tended to flicker a lot while watching. Otherwise fantastic appts and would return there again.

The arrangement was excellent and supplies of the whole apartment was well thought. The check-in system was also smart and impressive. Although throughout our stay we did not see any of condos staff, we felt we were well pampered and we loved to have this kind of privacy.
