This is accomoation at its best. The views are incredible and the ameneties perfect. There were even ingredients for use in the kitchen larder which is unusal. Very clean. Lovely crisp white bed linen. The indoor cinema area was so cool!! Location is perfect as it is minutes , by foot, into town. Quiet even though it is on the main road. The only thing I would say is that it could do with a privacy screen for when you use the hot tub on the balcony as you are in line with the next door one. Other than that, it was all good.
View and the hot tub was the best.
Goodstays are very reliable and did their best to make our stay there go well. No problem using them again. -

LADisaster with Goodstays

This was a horrible experience. The so-called luxury penthouse was a shabby and dirty. Showers clogged with hair, yuck!!! Cigarette butts & beer bottle caps left lying around. Dirty floors & carpets and common areas. The fireplace was broken & no internet access. Also it is part of a big hotel, where you are not made to feel welcome because the unit is privately owned. We prepaid so Goodstays would not let us leave and refund our money despite our legitimate complaints. Instead the manager agreed to move us to a place that was less than half the price. However, despite promising us to refund the difference Goodstays kept our money and then even had the nerve to charge us an additional cleaning & linen fee for moving. These people are unethical scum, liars and theives. Do not trust Goodstays!
