The Spaview Luxury Holiday Rental is located on a quiet private lane off the main Hensman Road in Queenstown and is a short 3 minute drive to the town centre. The position of Spaview villa accommodation makes the stunning views all the more incredible. Set high back on the hill allowing you to enjoy wonderful views across Lake Wakatipu with the breathtaking Remarkables in the background. We are boardered by native bush and the sound of the native birds is never far away.

We loved the amazing views from the main bedrooms and living/eating/cooking areas. The house was warm, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the showers were fantastic. As was the spa pool - looking up at the stars and relaxing after a day on the golf course was a dream come true.

We went with another 2 couples with 3 kids. House was just perfect for our group, plenty of privacy but we all had fun. The large dining room table is awesome, many a good night had with fantastic seafood (found a local distributor) and lots of wine. Didn't need to eat out much, the house was too nice to leave. We even had a barbque one night - while it was snowing. Now the Spa - well it was the best experience to sit in the spa with snow falling, moon out and drinking our wine. Unreal. We went in winter so the front deck near the dining room is perfect for keeping your wine and beer!!
This house is just perfect for a group of friends. Everything is thought of, down to a good selection of CDs and movies for the kids. We will go again soon - can't recommend it enough. Just do it!! -

We stayed for four days during Christmas 2008.
The house was everthing we hoped it would be - beautiful rooms, very spacious and comfortably furnished. Our every need was anticipated and catered for. There was even a Christmas tree and wireless internet access - much appreciated.
Directions to the house were clear - no problem finding the house and very central for touring. Spectular view of the lake from the house.
We loved everything about the house and having to leave was the thing we liked least!
Would love to return to the house and Queenstown - a great place to visit.
Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a luxury selfcatering stay in Queenstown. -

We very much enjoyed our stay at Spaview. Its a well equipt, very modern multi-level place with a great view. The interior appointments are first rate and in like new condition. Very clean. Maybe a 10 minute drive to town ... but we'll worth it. The concierge service was also a great help in booking activities and the like. We'll be back!

A very comfortable property with stunning views. It was a little further from town than ideal, but the walk in was pleasant (downhillish) and the taxis easy to book or find when needed. We filled the place (6 adults and 2 kids) but there was still plenty of room. We'd go back again.
