This detached three bedroom villa, located in Lakeside Village is situated within the five star holiday rental resort of Quinta do Lago. The nearby natural saltwater lake is visible from the upstairs terrace, here windsurfing and sailing are available along with other water sports. There is a large selection of international restaurants, championship golf courses, tennis, horse riding, shops and bars close by.

The villa, built over two levels is furnished comfortably and enjoys the benefit of air conditioning throughout.

The ground floor accommodation:

From the entrance hall the 3rd bedroom is accessed. This is a twin room a...nd has use of the adjacent shower room.

A few steps lead down to the split level lounge dining room, furnished with three comfortable sofas around a wood burning fireplace, Flat screen TV with satellite channels and stereo. Large patio doors open out to a small terrace and part of the garden with a table and chairs for Al fresco dining. The upper dining level has a circular table and 6 chairs, patio doors open out to a few steps down to the pool area.

The galley style kitchen leads off from the dining area and is well equipped with an oven, gas and electric hob, with extractor fan, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

First floor accommodation:

The Master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom with separate shower. There is a window plus patio doors which open onto a large shared terrace furnished with seating and sun loungers and views over to the nearby lake.

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with an en suite shower room. Patio doors lead out to the above shared terrace with the master bedroom.

Outside:

The well maintained, mature garden wraps around the property and offers guests different areas to relax in. The kidney shaped pool is surrounded by paving allowing space for the sun loungers.

In addition to your own private pool, guests can use the large communal pool, childrens pool and the tennis courts located down by the lake. Use of the tennis courts is free of charge, you have to take your own racquets and tennis balls.Read more
