This is an impressive villa, which sits in a secluded position amongst pine trees, close to the lake at Quinta da Lago.

Furnished and equipped to the very highest standards, the villavoffers extensive accommodation and is built in a distinctive modern architectural style.

It is perfect for families or groups of friends.

The villa is accessed via a driveway lined with pine trees and through electric gates.

All roo...ms have been decorated in a minimal and simplistic style, using neutral colours and modern fabrics.

Accommodation comprises:

Entrance into a hallway leading directly through to the living area with cable television, telephone and fax machine.

There are marble floors throughout to keep the villa cool in summer months.

Large French doors open out onto the terrace, garden and pool area.

Two steps lead up to the modern and well-equipped open-plan kitchen/ dining room. French doors lead out to the pool and garden.

There is also a cloakroom for guests use.

Steps lead down to a basement where there is a laundry room, a separate WC and a games room.

Bedroom accommodation comprises:

Three bedrooms on the ground floor each with bathroom en-suite.

There are two further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor.

French doors open out onto the first floor terrace overlooking the swimming pool.

The villa is set within its own grounds, a spacious flat lawn dotted with pine trees. The kidney shaped swimming pool is located at the rear of the property and has an adjoining circular Jacuzzi. The terraces are furnished with sun loungers around the swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

Maid service is five days per week, Monday to Friday, except Public Holidays.

Facilities.

Cable television, telephone, fax machine, washing machine, games room with ping pong table, and swimming pool with Jacuzzi.

Swimming pool can be heated with an extra charge.

Beaches

Quinta do Lago, particularly famous for its exclusivity and golf courses, also has a glorious stretch of beach with excellent beach restaurants and water sports. The nearby lakeside area also provides a water sports centre with a windsurfing and sailing school.

There are numerous tennis courts to choose from, an equestrian centre and superb golf courses, which are among the best in Europe.

Shops/Town

A wide choice of restaurants, bars and nightclubs are available. An extensive shopping centre will conveniently provide your daily needs.

Almancil is 10 minutes drive away

the airport at Faro approximately 20 minutes.
