excellent location, a very confortable and modern apt. with a/c, one block from the super nice mamitas beach and also one block from the awesome 5th avenue...we rented a car in cancun airport and from Playa we visited isla mujeres, Xplore and Xel-Ha parks...driving in the area is very easy and we would say you practically do not need a gps.
