Quito Bello apartment is the dream get away home, Modern and comfortable will make your visit to Quito a Dream.
Located in the Av 6 of Diciembre and Carrion in the Ferrara building .The new construction (2009) is in the 8th floor. The building is safe with private guards 24/7 and security suvalance cameras. Location is gold and here you will find the pot at the end of the rainbow next to the eco-bus for easy transportation. The apartment is in the center of the Quito in the heart of the commercial and touristic area. Groceries, restaurants, stores, bars and supermarkets are a walking distance.

The apartment is in the 8th floor. The building is a new construction; the building is safe with private guards 24/7 and security cameras.
Located in the 8th floor the apartment is in a nice zone of Quito with great view of the Cotopaxi, Panecillo and Pichincha; Central location close to all the public transportation. The building is close to EPN, Catolica University, Salesiana University and walking distance from the Ocho y Medio theater and hand craft feria. Two blocks away from the FOCH PLAZA (restaurant and live music area), Amazonas and Juan Leon Mera avenues. On weekends you can walk to the El Ejido park to see artists selling their paints and sculptures.
