This beautiful 160 square meters (1700 square foot) apartment, decorated with charm and warmth will make you feel right at home in the middle of the Metropolitan Quito area.

The three bedrooms have two Queen Size beds and a Twin bed, giving you all the comfort you need to relax and fully recover for the next adventure awaiting for you. There are n...o noises from the street to ensure you have a great night sleep.

* We can also provide a crib, and a baby chair if needed. All our guests with babies have slept very well in our home.

In the great double bath-tub you will enjoy a relaxing time soaking in the candle lit bath on those cold nights of Quito.

The cobalt-blue and toasted-yellow kitchen will inspire you to prepare the most creative meals during your stay. You will not find yourself short of utensils or appliances to enjoy all the fresh and exotic local products you can find in our local markets and supermarkets, that are within walking distance.

In the TV room you can enjoy our collection of more than 200 movies or the Cable TV with tons of TV channels to choose from, on the 32 inches plasma TV for those nights you might want to stay home.

We have a Wi-Fi connection and a telephone for local calls, but of course you can receive international calls.

Internet cafes and telephones booths are close by in case you don't want to travel with your laptop.

We also have a collection of books if you want to read. We exchange them too if you wish to do so.

We will show you around the neighborhood to make your shopping easy, especially for cooking.

Also you must visit our favorite "pastry-coffee shop", just around the block for those cravings moments. After climbing perhaps!!!

We also work in tourism, so if you have any questions or need to book a trip we will be glad to help you.

There is a garage in case you decide to rent a car.

The owner lives in the same compound, so be sure you will not be left alone in case you want to contact us for any reason.

Additional Location Information

We are located on the north-central part of Metropolitan Quito area in a nice residential neighborhood.

There are lots of little stores around, like: bakeries, fruit stores, banks, and a "Supermaxi", a big food-market, a 12 minutes walk. Cooking will never be easier creating with all the fresh local products you can get just around the corner.

Parks and green areas are just at 4 minutes away, for jogging, walking or just for the amazing views. Great for the kids to burn down all that energy!!!
There are gyms and a spa close by. You can also take "zumba" classes (includes Latin dancing) if that is your gig… I do, and I love it!!!

Transportation is very easy in and out of the city from our location. We are close to main arteries but luckily we are a few blocks away from smog and noise.

  I have lived in Quito & knew exactly what I was looking for & where I wanted to stay. I found the perfect place when I rented Sandra's beautiful apartment. I rented her 3 bedroom apartment because I thought I would have more friends staying with me, but it didn't matter, because I loved this space!
  
  Only one friend stayed with me who only spoke English & from the very start Sandra was beyond accommodating. Sandra is also an accomplished tour guide & was always ready & willing to help us out with whatever we needed. She was always just a phone call away.
  
  The apartment was perfect for what I needed. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook my own meals. The apartment was very clean & well organized for the weary traveler. I loved that I had my own washing machine & dryer in the apartment, since I rented this apartment for 1 month.
  
  The apartment was very clean, safe, and really made me feel like I had a home away from home which was key to my visit this time around.
  
  Whether you are with friends or family & you need a safe place to stay that is easy to find a cab or take local transportation, this is the place for you.
  
  I look forward to going back to Quito & staying at this apartment as I really enjoyed staying there very much,

  La estancia en el estudio fue excelente debido a la comodidad del mismo, totalmente seguro, muy buena ubicación cerca de todos los sitios por estar en el centro norte de la ciudad, además gozamos de una vista maravillosa de la ciudad. La amabilidad y la atención de Sandra hizo de esta experiencia algo muy especial que esperamos poder repetirla pronto. Muchas gracias por su acogida.
