In 15min walk to the hart of the town or 15min drive to any beach, this 75m2 apartment in hillside house offers beautiful sea views of long island sound. A back yard with an access to BBQ pit and open air lounge make our house welcoming for families and couples alike. While houses are fairly close on either side of the property, large privacy hedges keep the house relatively secluded. The interior was renovated in 2011 and decorated in Mediterranean classic style, with wooden panels floors, a chef's kitchen with living room with a mountains and sea view.
