Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Upon our arrival we were met by the owner Tessa Moore who showed us our accommodation then made tea for us together with home-made lemon cake. The owner was always on hand in the event of a problem but did not imping on our space. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and ideally situated for the National Trust properties we were planning to visit. The week was extremely pleasant and we have plans to revisit the area next year and will definately try and book with Mrs Moore.

This was a weekend away without the children after a very demanding few months and was a time to reflect and talk. The setting was relaxing, the property met all we could have asked of it and we came away refreshed, invigorated and with clearer minds. It is a beautiful, tranquil spot and the hosts are warm and welcoming. Super

The flat is spacious with a lovely kitchen and a good master bedroom. The second bedroom is small, but our teenager was comfortable there. One criticism would be the comfort of the sofas in the lounge area- they weren't at all comfortable for long periods and we resorted to getting the chair out of the bedroom for watching TV. We had some powercuts during our stay as the energy company were working on the cables. The owners were brilliant, they kept us informed and provided us with alternatives when possilbe.
All in all a lovely visit with great hospitality from the owners and in an idyllic setting next to the Church. Radbourne is close to so many visitor attractions you would need a fortnight to even scratch the surface. We will definitely return, just looking for an excuse!
