With its entrance through a small furnished loggia at the front of the house, Erica is on the first floor and enjoys wonderful views of the panorama. Bigger than the other two, Erica has a large kitchen living room with a beautiful fireplace rescued from an old villa, and a lovely antique store cupboard. Bedroom floors are made from restored old wood. The double and the twin bedroom share a shower room.
Surrounding the house are gardens with roses and herbs, and on one side, next to "Olivo", is the amazing pool, fenced for safety and with a large paved terrace and plenty of sun furniture. There is a shower in an ancient (dead) olive tre...e, and there are playground toys for children in another part of the grounds. Bellavista as a whole house is an excellent choice for a family or a group of friends, while careful insulation and private patios make each of the three apartments suitable for individual rent as well. The views from the whole property, and in particular from the pool, must be among the very best anywhere, with mile upon mile of meadows, olive groves and hills leading into mountains in the background, wonderful for exploring on foot, by car or bicycle. At the rear, Radicondoli is silhouetted on its hill, only 800 metres away.

The accommodation was simply but comfortably furnished. The pool was every bit as good as it looks on the pictures and the views from the property amazing. The caretaker was really helpful. We went as a family with primary school aged children and it was perfect. There are a lot of steps and the pool and windows mean it probably wouldn't be relaxing with little children. The village is walking distance (down hill on the way home!) with good restaurants. I'd definitely recommend it.

We had the Upper villa at Bellavista. The views were extraordinary , from
sunrise to sunset. The village centre was a brisk 10 minute walk up hill. A very
mellow place to chill after a day touring Tuscan sights. The high ceilinged
upper villa which slept 4 was well equipped and furnished in a period style.
Everything was good quality no tacky surprises. The stone flight of steps from
the gravelled drive had no railing so probably not ideal for very small children
and the pool was unfenced. There was bar-b-que area which was a little
overgrown otherwise the quite large grounds were pretty much immaculate.
Olive trees surround the property which is found half way down a dirt road
which descends from Radicondoli. It's all very picturesque and highly
photogenic. Radicondoli itself has a few bars , several general stores, a helpful
tourist office, bakery, lava lamp shop.... all you need. it has a couple of
modest restaurants of which the Granary is the most obvious choice.
Recommended without hesistation.
