The 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos are all privately owned and include all the household amenities you will need to enjoy a home away from home vacation. The kitchens have 5 appliances - fridge, stove/hood fans, microwave, dishwasher, / garbage disposals and have complete place settings for 6 to 12 guests. Each unit also has its own laundry facilities and all 300# units have a loft for that extra living space.The Peaks complex has an outdoor pool with sun loungers, 2 spas and a small changing and shower building for convenience. Not exactly thrilled. The condo had a very muggy smell. The bed sheets were not fresh, they were somewhat dirty and did not smell as though they were washed with laundry detergent (there was no laundry detergent in the condo). The kitchen dish towels were disgusting and I didnt want to touch them, let alone use them. No extra toilet paper, no laundry detergent and there were no basic kitchen condiments. No one in the building was allowed to access the patio due to safety conditions and I was not made aware of that when I booked the reservation. Due to the patio situation, everyone had to use a shared Bb-q that was situated in front of the building. Pool was nice.

The cleanliness issues are unacceptable and will be fixed immediately. The detergent should be there also. Kitchen condiments are not permitted. We are looking at the balcony issues for future rentals.

We had a great time! We had the condo for 1 week and it was the perfect size to accommodate 5 adults and 3 children. It was well stocked with enough pots, pans, and linen. The view was excellent and we enjoyed viewing the 1/2 hour fireworks show on New Year's Eve right from the balcony.
We did run out of dishwasher soap and bathroom tissue. It would have been helpful if there would have been an additional supply available. Other then that it is a great home away from home in beautiful area.

The whole experience from the checking in to the checking out was great. The staff was very helpful and they have a system in place that makes every step of your getaway very comfortable, the property was clean and equipped with the necessary for a delightful stay. We really enjoyed our stay and are thinking of planning our next trip with the same company.

The suite we had was beautifully furnished and it had all of the kitchen ware etc that we needed for preparing and serving family meals and a birthday cake. Pool and hot tub were also fabulous.It was a great family weekend. And worth every penny.
