The 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos are all privately owned and include all the household amenities you will need to enjoy a home away from home vacation. The kitchens have 5 appliances - fridge, stove/hood fans, microwave, dishwasher, / garbage disposals and have complete place settings for 6 to 12 guests. Each unit also has its own laundry facilities and all 300# units have a loft for that extra living space.The Peaks complex has an outdoor pool with sun loungers, 2 spas and a small changing and shower building for convenience. This unit was very nice. There was plenty of beds which were nicely made up with extra linens. The unit was clean and was right next door to the pool. The only disappointment that we had was that we were not able to use the deck which also meant not being able to use the bbq or getting to sit out in the evenings and were not told by Rocky Mountain accomodations but found out about it by the notice on the patio doors telling us that the deck was closed (structural issues). Other than that it was a beautiful unit and well worth the stay!!

We found the condo clean and tidy. The view and location was great. We found the space to be accommodating. We were very disappointed to find out when we arrived at the condo, we were unable to use/sit on the balcony/deck (due to restoration/repair). It would have been appreciated, if we were told prior to booking. We could use the bbq, but, with caution, which made us uncomfortable. It did put a little damper on our plans... we were hoping to sit outside in the evenings and play cards etc. The Pools were great and enjoyed our time outside during the day and evenings. The only other thing we noticed was the limited amount of toilet paper, dish detergent, and laundry soap provided. For a condo of 8 people... it wasn't enough... although, with a quick call to the office, we were able to get it replenished.
