The additional 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 baths are equally appointed with first class furnishings as well. The 4th Bedroom is located in a private Casita on the property. The Master Suite also includes a large desk/work area.

The main living & entertaining area was designed as a "great room" with lots of windows that make the house open to the pool, mountain, & golf course view. It includes a living room with a fireplace sitting area, a 78"-inch DLP TV, built-in 7.1 THX/DDS surround sound system, specialty art lighting, & designer furnishings. The great room also includes a large dining room with a round table, soaring ceilings, fabulouskitchen, and a Billiard Room with whole house sound system.

The gourmet kitchen was custom built with medium oak wood cabinetry and slab granite counters. The center island includes a breakfast bar, ultra-quiet dishwasher, a double sink, a trash compactor, and a wine refrigerator, built-in double oven with convection, a huge refrigerator / freezer, a 5 burner gas cook top, a microwave oven, & slab granite counters & back splashes. At the end of the kitchen there is another breakfast seating area with a table andbuilt in counter top workstation desk.

The home is also equipped with a sound system that covers all rooms and outside areas, a and a state of the art home automation system that allows simple selection of lighting and temperature settings via the various touch panelslocated throughout the living areas.

The home includes a spacious laundry room with custom wood cabinetry, slab granite counters, a utility sink, High-End Whirlpool washer, dryer, iron & an ironing board.

Outside, overlooking the large pool & spa, there is a covered outdoor sitting area with a built-in barbecue and misting system. The pool is surrounded with beautiful chaise lounge chairs, custom outdoor pool lighting. The entire property is located inside a gated community.

  We had an amazing time at the Mission Hills Luxury Estate! The place was spacious and we liked the marble floors. It kept the place cool at night. The salian pool was great because you did not get that dryness and smell from chlorine. It was very quiet at night and we had a few meals out under the outside patio with surround sound music playing also outside! The master bedroom was huge and the jacuzzi tub was an excellent touch for relaxing after a day of golf! Huge big screen tv and a comfortable couch for the last few days of our stay.
