Okay so your on vacation, what should you expect? Well for one great service right? Then Westin Mission Hills is the place. We come here every year for spring break and this year the staff has really stepped,it up. Starting with Jim Moran the GM. We had a special request and Jim made sure it ,was taken care of. We were very pleased with his follow through. Then you have Ethan, Entertainment Manager, you might even say Cruise Director. He makes sure everyone is having a great time and if you are not then he will work to see what he can do to make your time more enjoyable. Our service out by the main pool was first class all the way. Ashley, our server, made sure we never waited for food or drink. She is very pleasant and extremist sociable. She is great with kids and always checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed to make our vacation was pleasurable We were very happy to see that Maria was still working here at the front desk. She is always smiling and makes us feel "at home"
