This beautiful 3500 square foot unit (109 Mission Hills Drive) has a spacious open floor plan and is beautifully decorated. The gorgeous mountain and golf course views are stunning. We offer the best value in Mission Hills. There is a TV in every bedroom and a 40" flat screen in the family room.

My family and I travel to Palm Springs annually. This is the first year we stayed at the Brown's residence. It has been the best experience thus far. Here are a few reasons why:

* Entertainment games for the family

We had a wonderful weekend, my husband spent the weekend with our adult children and they were pleasantly surprised at the size of the house, the great location and the reasonable price. The house is fully equipped, everyone was comfortable, they were close enough to do what they hoped to accomplish. My husband and our kids were able to reconnect under one same roof. My contact person/ owner was very nice, easy to deal with, informative. We definitely will return and have already given the information to a family member and to our travel agent friend who is looking for a place in that area. Great experience!

What a wonderful home! It has everything we could have hoped for: very spacious, super location, nice furnishings, on the golf course with lovely views, and lots of little extras. We highly recommend this home.

I enjoyed a week of sunshine at this beautiful place in Palm Springs! The location is perfect - right on the golf course, which is very well kept. The whole area is like a big park with lots of beautiful trees and small lakes, so it is well suited for strolls in this sceniic environment, with the moutain range in the background. Palm Springs is close by, with lots of good restaurants and exting shops.
This was my first stay here but it will not be the last:-) -

I have vacationed at this home several times in the past few years. It is a beautiful home that sits on top of a lovely golf course. From every window you have a view of rolling green hills and trees. In the evening it wonderful to grill and just relax outside with a glass of wine. It is also the perfect house to entertain in. Gather a group of your closest friends or family and stay a week... you won't be dissapointed.

The layout of the home allows for privacy plus it has a great room perfect for relaxing and conversations. It's spacious, cozy and right on the golf course.
About six friends stayed here to celebrate a birthday over a long weekend. We each commented on how this house feels more like a home than a rental.
Look for the secret patio/garden...it's really cute!

This home is located on the golf course and yet somehow manages to feel somewhat private. The home is very spacious and includes excellent amenities. The kitchen is very well stocked with necessary utensils and cookware. The furnishings are lovely and well-suited for the area. We loved the easy access to wonderful restaurants, shops and sites.

From the moment you walk up to the front door, you realize you are in for a real treat. The home is absolutely incredible, with every amenity you could ask for and then some. The place is bright and colorful, with all the comforts of home. The Mission Hills area is just wonderful and the area is so quiet. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and crisp. The master suite and adjoining bathroom alone, are the size of an ample apartment, with sliding glass doors out to the patio. Huge kitchen with everything you need, no matter what your plans for cooking. Beautiful patio, that sits right on the golf course, complete with a nice gas grill for outdoor dining. An absolutely wonderful place to stay, I cannot wait to return for another visit.
