Check out our custom mosaic tile pool, huge spa, two patios, two fireplaces (indoor and outdoor) and citrus trees, all within walking distance to The River, Roy's, Acqua Pazza and a five minute drive to El Paseo's shopping and dining and the Westfield Mall in Palm Desert. Mar'TEE'ni Dreams is located in the peaceful Magnesia Falls Cove neighborhood of mostly mid-Century single family homes on large lots with desert landscaping and beautiful views. It is tucked up into the hillside above Hwy 111, near The River, Rancho Las Palmas Resort and close to the border of Palm Desert and the El Paseo area. This is the southeast side of Rancho Mirage, what many consider the perfect location in the desert.

My wife and I stayed two weeks at Mar'Tee'ni Dreams rental. Our stay could not have been more enjoyable. The home had all the comforts of home only with warm weather to enjoy the out door decks and pool. Get up, swim, eat, golf or sight seeing, swim, eat relax and them spend the evening with friends. That's what a vacation is all about. Enjoyed and will return again.

First, I have to apologize for the delay in posting this note. Back to reality is such a disappointment. Especially after you have spent a vacation at MarTeeni Dreams! Our first impression of this house was "Wow!" and the rest of the stay was even better. Everything about this home was perfect. What a wonderful place - just as described and what we had wanted and hoped for - even nicer than the photos! This was our fourth annual getaway to the desert, and the best place by far that we have stayed - will surely become our 'home away from home'. It is immaculately kept and fully equipped with linens, cooking/dining utensils and tableware. The home is tastefully furnished and decorated yet, it has that comfortable and "homey" feeling too. 4 great sized bedrooms including two master suites. The pool and backyard area was perfect. Quiet and wonderfully relaxing. The kids loved the pool and hot tub(us too!).
MarTeeni Dreams is in a great location too, very private, and very central within walking distance of The River, with all its restaurants and shops. But, despite its convenient spot, it is extremely tranquil and peaceful. The grounds are truly gorgeous. It was very comfortable and well cared for. I could go on and on about this home and I bet you can guess what my recommendation would be ?. This home is a “can’t miss” home. Even better!
I must end this by stating Kate the owner could not be a more gracious host. From hello to so long she was available if we needed anything. Kate made us most welcome, nothing was too much trouble for her. She’s very accommodating and easy to do business with. In fact, Kate is one of the main reasons we picked MarTeeni Dreams for our family vacation this year. We can't recommend this peaceful oasis highly enough! We hope to be back year after year. I had the opportunity to spend two glorious months at this beautiful home. The beds are very comfortable, kitchen is well appointed and the yard/pool relaxing and lush. The sound of birds and fabulous views added to the overall sense of relaxation. My friends and family enjoyed the property as well and hope that I will return and they will be invited again! Love it! This home is very well situated in the desert community.

We booked in to stay for one week but liked it so much we stayed for two. The house was beautifully presented in all rooms and was spotlessly clean and much loved by the owners. The swimming pool and barbecue enhanced our accommodation which was perfectly situated in Rancho Mirage. It was very private and quiet but still close to the River for it's restaurants and shops. We plan on returning this year and repeat a beautiful experience.

Nestled in the quiet of this Rancho Mirage community lies the most lovely gem in the California desert. I come to the desert in search of tranquility; it is here at this home where I am assured to find it. The house itself is comforting, a place where you can really spread your wings and relax. The finely detailed interior demonstrates that this home is designed and cared for by loving hands. But that is only part of it because for me the real pleasure was to be found just outside the back door. The yard is vast and beautifully lanscaped. There is a spa where you can unwind and nurture your weary muscles. Best of all is the pool!!! I am an aquatic Therapist so needless to say I spend a lot of time in pools however this pool is beyond description - simply stated you must see it because it is beautiful. During my entire stay I spent the days and nights right here in this pool. I will never forget my private desert sanctuary and I will always look forward to returning. Special thanks to the owners Kate and David you made me feel like a queen and you made my birthday a special one.

The house is even more beautiful in person. From the moment we stepped in, we were amazed by the cleanliness and look of the place. The accommodations were great and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The private yard was perfect to enjoy some margaritas, bbq, and relax in the spectacular pool. I highly recommend this house and hope to rent in again in the future.

the location is perfect. the house is very comfortable and requires nothing. the pool is lovely and the private backyard is great. we stayed a week and could have stayed a year.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The accommodation was first class and the central location in Rancho Mirage, a short walk to the River, was extremely convenient. Everything about the accommodation, comfort, cleanliness,general layout, the pool and equipment were just what we hoped for. We highly recommend this house,and,of course, Vacation Rentals. We had a Girls' celebration of my mother's 75th birthday at Marteeni Dreams in Rancho Mirage. It was perfect! The house was beautiful - clean, beautifully furnished, well equipped. It enabled us to eat in and chill out as much as we wanted. The pool and patio became our private sanctuary - complete with incredible views, sunshine every day and a Road Runner among the birds! There were a number of different activities to do so we could do some together and branch out to our individual interests, as well. My favorites were hiking in the Indian Canyons Palm Groves and a tour of The Willows, a historic Palm Springs property. It was my first trip to southern California. I can't wait to go back and bring my husband and children for them to experience it. I think Marteeni Dreams will be the perfect spot for us.
